Superb hotel. The site is beautiful. The junior suite deluxe rooms are very beautiful regency, whirlpool included. Excellent food, especially the a la carte restaurants. HUMM! You can eat on a terrace at certain restaurants a la carte, which is very agreeable. All the hotel staff is really nice. The beach is great (although very crowded) and beautiful, with palm trees. We did a very nice trip. We travel 2 times a year and we certainly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful too big, it's a huge complex! We stayed from December 14 to 23 and there were so many children and people who traveled in groups that it was difficult to find a quiet place to relax. Our room was near the beach so we had to walk a good 10 minutes to get to the lobby and restaurants to choose from ... Our biggest disappointment of the trip is that there is no place to eat outside. This is my eighth trip to an all-inclusive and the first time I see it. We had to take lunch and dinner buffet conditioning and echo ultra ... for dinner, we tried as much as possible to eat a la carte restaurants that have a small outdoor space. This is a very large complex, especially considering that this is a combination of the Riviera and Sunset. The site is beautiful and well appointed. Everything is spotlessly clean and maintained continuously. We were at the Riviera and in room 6006, the closer to the beach if we except the rooms in the Platinum category. A walk of 10 minutes was required between our room and the main building, and 5 minutes to the beach. The sand of the beach is nice and clean, but to enjoy the sea must have water shoes. We were in a deluxe junior suite, a good size room with flat screen television and American film every night. There are enough chairs for everyone at the beach, but for pools work is harder.
