I was deceived the way we were received at the front desk...we were 4 people and they gave us a room of one bed which was unfair. not only that but everythime we requested a bed room they would not give it to us.
they were impolite and made fun of us and even humiliate us in front of other costumers.....my sister running dissapear in our room and when we called back they sais that they wer not responsible....

luckely we had our TMR agaent who took care of us aND THE MINUTE SHE talked to the concierge...we got our room of 2 beds..what is so dissapointing about this is the fact we had to complain and they gave what we requested A ROOM OF TWO BEDS FOR PEOPLE...I WAS ALSO DISSAPOINTED OF THE ATTITUDES OF THA STAFFS VERY HYPOCRITE AND UNGRATEFUL OF THEIR JOBS AND THE TIPS WE LEFT EVERYDAY AND EVERY OCCASION... very impressive aalso of the front desk service...very very very very bad.

I was impressed by it of its prestige, its size, cleanliness, service, food and the sea Everything was perfect! Gardens everywhere, sculptures out of sight, a well-maintained beach, the wi-fi in the rooms if you have your laptop, various excursions. I recommend this hotel 100%. I went to Tulum, Coba, Chichen Itza and I have found that the quality of the guides (especially French) left to be desired and that the concept of touring the hotels to pick up everybody was really far too long. At Chichen Itza it has prolonged the journey of 1 hour and a half has two haures (departure at 7 hours AM and back to 20 hours. The a la carte restaurants are excellent. We made four trips and they have all been very interesting and exciting ... The organization is perfect, it seems that tourism is usual in this region.
