Very nice hotel, all views are magifiques, site, pools, rooms, decor, everything is beautiful and very clean. The a la carte restaurants are good, especially Japanese and Mexican. The buffet breakfast and lunch are also very good, there is good fruit. The evening buffet is average, the food is warm tjrs. In the evening there are performances of the animation and also a small local group of Mexican music, it's nice. The excursion "Snorkeling Adventure" is great, they lead us to a beautiful site of fish and corals, good dinner, good animation.

The site is huge which is in our opinion the negative atmosphere and animation. It's not a very warm but if you want peace, you do not disturb any of this is ideal. The beach is good but watch your feet when you enter the water, there are many rocks. Do you bring beach shoes, this is ideal.

The beach is great but there are many rocks in the water. check in is only after 3 h pm. (always set up). Many white concrete. music is not much present only near the main bar by the pool. clasique and music throughout the main building.

The hotel is luxurious, marble everywhere and grandiose. The rooms are nice and spacious. The restaurants are fine, food good and varied. You can go as often as you want. For buffets, the food is good but fairly repetitive (the variety of main dishes at the buffet is not huge). The beach sand is white and the chairs were not lacking. The pool is large. Remember that the resort is open for a month, so one must be resourceful. If this is not your case, go elsewhere and pay 25% more expensive. In short, we must know if you want to organize the best rooms and reservations for best restaurants. Note that the chialage is not the way to get what you want there, as everywhere else ... The staff is courteous when treated as such. Employees make the maximum depending on their current skills will improve. I would go back given the price paid versus the same standard hotels. The beach (sand) is beautiful, however, the sea is risky given that there are a lot of rock ... The food is good, but lukewarm. The restaurants on site very very average, among other things the restaurant La Fondue ... 1 out of 10 everything was cold. Imagine a melted cheese with the cheese block meme not melted, just took a loaf of bread .... The annimation there ... I have not seen ... but there seems no.
