very nice complex and great food! location a bit far from Playa Carmen, but close to activities such good Tullum, Xel Ha ect .... Nice people and accuillant! Long live Mexico!

Wow great trip. The food service super excellente.Le. Temperature hooded. Need we say more! Buffet a la carte super super I tried the Japanese, Mexican and Italian. Oh yes the activity I did turn it is to visiting the ruins coba. (Very expensive $ 150 because of the exchange rate)

Do not go in groups of friends, because there is not much entertainment at night. Bars close at 11am and it is anyway quite as chic bars. This is a very familly this hotel here! We, we were a young couple and we would have liked it moves a little more at night but it pard I have nothing to say about this resort (very large) expect to walk a bit! What a great trip we did a week of pure bliss! We traveled with Air Canada, we had the advantage of the safety box and a free meal more a la carte for a total of 4. The only negative comment I can do is about the temperature and it is the strong wind which was still present on the beach. The waves were big, and scrambled over the water in late afternoon, especially if we were wet it was cool.

As incredible as it sounds, my wife and I were filled from first to last day. We enjoyed our stay here and I do not hesitate to recommend it highly to anyone looking for quality service, peace of mind, professional staff, the beauty of the beach and landscapes and complex General, who by the way, is a grand and unusual cleanliness.
