We loved our stay at Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda. The spring is very recent (2 years). So the facilities are new and very nice rooms (up to date). The service is impeccable. The airline lost my luggage and the concierge made many calls that I receive them the same day. All staff are smiling and friendly. They all speak English, Spanish and many of them French. In terms of food, buffets are excellent and diverse. In terms of a la carte restaurants, there are 6 (Mexican, Italian, oriantal, French, grill and seafood). The food is also delicious. Very nice hotel in general. The food is excellent! You eat our fill and there's something for everyone. The a la carte restaurant are also superb, especially the French and Italian! These are the two best on the 6, but each in his specialty. We spent the week at the pool near block 6 (the one that is far from the beach).
