In November, it was the off season, the hotel was half full. This is not a hotel for young people who want to celebrate, it's quiet. I went with my mother and grandmother!
Positive :
The service is excellent, the waiters are smiling and courteous. Spa treatments at the hotel were acceptable. The facilities are clean. The two a la carte restaurants are great, I loved the Mexican restaurant! The buffet food was good although not very diverse! 10 minutes walk from 5th Avenue.

The animation is boring during the day, evening shows are either excellent or very ugly ..!
