Very nice place, not more than 20 minutes from the airport. Excellent service, people are courteous and attentive

7-8 la carte restaurants are really good (except for the Japanese that we do not like). Many chairs and opportunity to be in action or in a quiet corner. Opportunity to deliver our meals in the room at no extra cost. Very nice hotel but our top remains the Barcelo Maya Palace.

The beach is not beautiful. In the evening, there is no buffet, only a la carte restaurants so those who do not want to spend time sitting in a restaurant may be disappointed.

Location and majestic paradise! We loved this place until we left the reception. People are smiling and engaging, always in front to ensure our comfort.

The restaurants are great, they are all a la carte, there are no reservations to make, not even queue!

The sea bottom very rocky and lots of seaweed, the hotel staff is working to continuously clean.

I enjoyed the hotel in general and all its various services that I consider really 5 stars

The attitude of all the hotel staff is great. The kitchen in every restaurant was tasteful. The hotel is run in a very clean state.

The beach is not attractive. Many algae and rocks. There are not enough chairs, it was hunting for chairs and even if one put a towel on our chair before leaving for lunch, he came upon our return our towels on the floor and chairs parties.

- Awful customer service (reception mediocre staff who lies and who demonstrates an "I care less", information that differ from one employee to another, lack of courtesy, team little regard for the needs the client) - Product does not conform to the original booking (room with two double beds rather than a king, localized VERY, VERY close to the water filtration system contrary to the request (** avoid at all costs Blocks 5 and 6 and the Bookings labeled RUN OF THE HOUSE - RON - because you will spend two to three days before you persist to have access to another room **) - Flight possible and frequent in the room (evidence to support, not to mention other stories heard) - not swimming in the sea outside the hotel (to test support, there are rocks in quantity and had to walk at least 15 minutes on the beach to the left can actually swim) - For those who want to party or late night, no sign of life after 1hAM. Very nice resort, different from what we knew: Zen Spirit, relaxed. Excellent food at all times, buffet lunch: unbeatable. Note that I put a 10 for activities and tours included so as not to interfere with the assessment of the hotel.

This is of course something sad. The beach is beautiful, the view also, the color of the water but unfortunately the sea is imbaignable. Many many many rocks, coral ... and I had shoes.
