2nd time at this hotel and we are so happy. First room felt damp and several things broken. Explained in the lobby and we were immediately moved to another room.

Positive :

The food is really good! Beautiful beach with waves breezes. Impressive quantities of various fish and marine animals, I saw something new and amazing every day. The staff is super nice as always!

Negative :

As it is the season, no shuttle to playa del carmen but c "is cheap taxi. We spent a painful 2 hours or sellers trying to convince us to join their club a trip ca .... seems very interesting til they talk about the price: $ 2000 payable now $ 4000 later $ 500 per year .... Very nice hotel with great service. Staff always polite and smiling. Nothing to say about all. All a la carte restaurants are good. The Mediterranean is very pleasant on the sea with views of Cozumel. Shuttle to Playa Del Carmen .. it is often full, but it's worth it, otherwise there is a taxi. We had a very very nice stay at the Sandos Select Club. The Select Club is a portion of the smartest Sandos Caracol and worth. This portion of the resort gives us access to a swimming pool less busy with nice chairs, a wading pool, a restaurant / bar, towel service and more wonderful service to the beach, bar, towels, snacks, computer / internet free pool table ... really a big check mark above the Sandos Caracol, where the pool is crowded, the chairs are dirty and bumpy, with many young adults who are partying.
