For me anything negative but I have some advice for those who tend to find the negative, I believe that we should not forget that we are in their country, their territory and that we must be smiling when we have a favor to ask and say thank you does not hurt anyone!!

Beautiful Home by Felix (in French) cars my husband does not speak English accompanied by a rose and two cocktail. The beach is beautiful and lots of chairs at the beach and pool. Towels profusion. The hotel is clean! The room is normal for a 5 star and we refreshed the air conditioning not desired as it will but in our room are so few that one passes over. Cocktails offered at each night before going to the buffet and a welcome reception by the staff and musicians! The food was OUTSTANDING in every taste many varieties (diversity and outstanding quality) and cooking gas station made on site. And I thought not to be eaten during the dieting coach travel j.ai intolerances food I've eaten my fill and be less worried than in restaurants in Quebec imagined we are in Mexico and it is not been ill during my stay. I was not thrilled with dinner a la carte dinner buffet best impressed. The beach is beautiful! We made trip to Tulum and Xel-Ha next time X-Caret not forget to pack some sunscreen biodegradable. .

We chose the Riu Yucatan because my husband was already gone in 1998 and we stayed six months before in Playacar (Viva Wyndham). Our stay was two weeks The site is perfect, cleanliness, maintenance etc. ... Although a bit old, but extremely well maintained. We ate like kings that will be the main buffet buffets or both of the beach. Everything was perfect, food étaients fresh, lots of choice and variety every day. There are only three a la carte restaurant, we went 10 of 14 evening ... Again, no negative comments everything was great. The sushi at the Asian restaurant will WOW! The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Playa Del Carmen or $ 5 by taxi (fixed price). Our room (third floor) was clean, without being luxurious but spacious with a large Blacon which gave a partial view of the sea beds very comfortable (see negative comments for the rest). Bathroom with shower only Since we had already made the Aztec and Mayan historical sites of the Yucatan peninsula, we decided to change the style of excursions. An evening in Cancun with Captain Hook ... SUPER FUN ... See negative comments for the second tour. The animation correct, though the music too loud near the pisicine (but we were always at the beach). The evening shows were always entertaining and quality. First, Hurricane Cathrina bcp has damage to the beach. We found a significant deterioration of the beach in 6 months. Unfortunately it is almost more present ... but it does not matter ... we have still been all day. Bcp waves, but sometimes dangerous with "whales" sandy trying to reduce erosion. The rooms ... We had to change three times in room on arrival ... The former were so wet that we have refused. The third room was OK, but we had bcp problems with air conditioning. We made several complaints without success, then we made a written complaint to the manager and the room was a bit cooler. Regarding our second trip, she was strongly suggested by the representative of Sunquest (she must have a comission). We wanted to turn the Jungle, but we convinced her that the speedboat was better. In short, a scam at U.S. $ 89 per person ... Never take this tour. Again ...
