This hotel is not worth a 5 star in Mexico ... I downgrade to 4 stars. OK food at the buffet, but nothing more. I am a person who tries everything and loves to culinary experiences, but there not much variety. No prawns, no good fresh mangoes or guavas, not good desserts, small selection of cheeses. Hard crust on pizza ... horrible! Finally, the beach, but it's not their fault ... beautiful scenery, but be careful where you walk (stones and corals). We bought our day trip to Chichen Itza to Playa del Carmen and we paid half price of what was offered at the hotel!

We had good service, Mexicans are very cheerful and a remarkable kindness. Beautiful pools, which are cleaned every day. Those who like to swim and see the fish, you'll love the site and the beach. It deserves 5 stars and I are the RECOMMENDED.

The only negative comment is the small beach and rocks when you enter the water for those who love it just a little tempered. But there is a small corner or rocks are not present.

The food is incredibly varied and quality. The huge buffet fill the most difficult. The 7 restaurants offer a la carte choices interesting. The Mediterranean, Brazilian and Japanese remain fond memories. Cleanliness is omnipresent, the staff very courteous while being discreet. The animation is good-natured, friendly kind GO. You feel pampered and secure.
