Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya

I went to this very nice, recent (2006) with my cousin. Whether you choose the "Riviera Maya" or "Mayan Beach" section, this is exactly the same case. It depends on what you're building, but in general, the Riviera Maya is near the beach. We were in building 15. Grand Sirenis deserves its five stars. I highly recommend it!

FREE digital safe. - The tap water is drinkable. I'm not drunk, but at least you can brush your teeth without worry. - No problems with digestion of the week, and I ate it all. - Good food in general, with a + + + for desserts and cuts of beef cooked in front of you. - We tried the Mexican restaurant (ok) and Japanese (excellent, but opt ​​for the dishes in front of you). - Nothing is spicy, even Mexican food. This is perfect for children. The "salsa verde" is never too far away if you want to add spice. - Concierge service 12 hours a day. There are one or two per building. They are there to answer your questions and make your restaurant reservations. No need to go to lobby for it. Much appreciated! - Super System beach towels! You take the number you want, and you brought them into the tray when you do not need it anymore. Similar to the Holland America ships. - Staff mostly friendly and smiling. - Very large with lots of beach palapas. No problem finding available seats at any time of day, whether at the beach or three pools. - Rio Slow (lazy river) very appreciated! Guts always free. - Exceptional site for snorkeling. Several fish, even in shallow water, a few lines, especially, giant turtles! And they are not shy, they could even touch them and they let it happen. - Beautiful beach volleyball court, but very windy.

It was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very nice site, very clean. Excellent food, friendly staff, excellent service .... WOW!

A la carte restaurants very good, Cajun, Italian (excellent. ...), Brazilian (wow, the servers bring seven different kinds of meat at the table ... and they are too good ....), Varied buffet ( often different thematic and super good) buffet in the morning to advise (the one near the pool, called the El Rancho, fresher food and even fewer people .....), service on the beach for drinks (not need to move ....), very clean room (air conditioning was broken and in 30 minutes everything was settled ... do not you be embarrassed to talk .... everything is settled soon ... c 'is a 5 *), to recommend; supper "Magic Night" on the beach ... with lobster .. and the set up .... to take ... at your expense, but it's so worth it WOW!! The beach as many have said is not the best, but nicely done ..... some rocks and lots of fish .... this is ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts will be pampered .... I guarantee you (on the beach, no need to leave the site), there is no real negatives ....... to the delight of travelers!

Wonderful staff. Japanese food in restaurants, and Brazilian steakhouse, or Cajun excellette except it was good.

I'm not a valuable person, however I refused my first 2 rooms, and almost lost a day. A very strong smell of damp and mold at the bottom of curtains. I think the hotel would do well to stop offering these rooms as long as the problem is not resolved. But the third was fine.
