Mismanagement of the beach, if you do not have platinum or deluxe junior careful you do not qualify for certain place and especially the sunny places. Chairs are for rent (really). There is a rope that prevents us from advance our chairs near the water, sun guards warn you not to go here and there. For this reason I will never never go back to this hotel.
