To buy a travel at the last minute cétais WOW! We just returned from a fantastic week that, WoW! Very stylish and our reach we were upgraded to the more luxurious platinum at no extra cost for all this $ 890 per person .. we could not ask for more :) It is often said that travel prepare last minutes (12 hours before we buy departure) are often the most beautiful and actually I just confirmed!

ROOM: Following very large with luxurious minibar filled daily has everything needed kon, a large LCD TV, a bath room with jacuzi wow beautiful and large shower and marble while Deplus yavais even a jacuzi on the balcony! STAFF OF THE HOTEL: they really are all very nice always smiling and offering very good service! FOOD: nothing to say the above, the buffet too good with a lot of hardy species every day! SITE: WOW! several pool for all the taste with each delle even has a bar with pool, several activitée in after-noon but noius were more inclined to do the beach which is very very high with fine white sand, the sea was very beautiful , water was translucent, only small snag a lot of rock has to be careful where you walk in the water but in general CEST perfect! Excurtion OFFER ON-SITE AND ON THE BEACH: We love everything quon was doing, I recommend renting sea-doo dun really expensive and egg by pleasure guaranteed! it was also parasailing wow! so expensive but a great experience, we redid the sea-doo a second time because too nice hahaha! then a full day catamaran at sea to the city of Tulum to diving dla quickly and make the Mayan ruins WOW so I ca you advice! THEN I AM EST THIS BOARD THIS HOTEL AT ALL, GOOD AND NICE FOR CHEAP qualitée AVAILABLE! Excellent food

Mismanagement of the beach, if you do not have platinum or deluxe junior careful you do not qualify for certain place and especially the sunny places. Chairs are for rent (really). There is a rope that prevents us from advance our chairs near the water, sun guards warn you not to go here and there. For this reason I will never never go back to this hotel. In addition we have paid more for our junior suite package that some customers who have booked last minute in platinum, while double mesures.Dommage the beach is beautiful.

Site is well furnished and clean. Employees work hard to keep the site as well. Large area! expect to walk but do not worry, there are shuttles.

The service! Ask and you will! but beware! if you offer a tip, the service will be quicker and with a smile! The buffet is very good, it repeats itself a little but still there are many choices when it's not really disturbing.

The a la carte restaurants! not so bad but we expected more! The choice of wine map could be improved because very small!

Trip from July 27 to August 3, 2010, we loved Mexico as the site of Riviera Princess. Great site, however, even if it is at full capacity it expects neither the buffet and have the option of a la carte restaurants with no problem.

The complex is really impressive and very large. The aisles are lined with magnificent statues and vegetation is very beautiful. The staff very nice and are happy to chat with us. Everything is super clean we never see a paper or a cigarette butt trainer. We were in a deluxe room and it's really nice room, everything is functional and clean, no complaints. The pools are numerous and very busy so ideally you need to book a sunbed early in the morning. The food is plentiful and very good buffet. The a la carte restaurants excellent. All our requests were filled small and they take care of us when all is done with respect and with a smile.

For beach lovers, it's a bit disappointing, there is a swamp which will flow directly into the sea opposite the Riviera Princess which ensures that the water is brown and smells bad. We sat on the side adjacent to Sunset Princess and the water is correct until dinner time thereafter with the winds and waves it becomes too brown. There is always opportunity to swim a little further to the left where the sea is really beautiful. Not really a problem of rocks in the water (very little).

Pros: service, beautiful hotel, clean the site. Weaknesses: beach offering little space, persistent odors from mard ... even including a color suggestive (or brown) and abundant rocks in the water.

Travel from 14 to 21 JLT with 2 children (10-12years). Good value for money (paid $ 1,125 and 650 adult-child) but not a 5 * (2 times a year's travel). Nice hotel, well maintained and staff very welcoming. Dlx Jr bedroom suite (upgrade to SJR) very clean and spacious but no drawer to store clothes. (Block 6 near sea) Buffet lunch and dinner very good and quite varied. Buffet supper very disappointing (2 times). Wesjet excellent service (unless you pay food) and TV screens at each seat. Beautiful pools to the taste of each! In summary, if you are not too beach, I recommend it if you have an interresting prices and do not expect a 5 *.

Wed extremely disappointing (although I expected but not to point). Great BROWN sick just before the hotel. Reliable source, we knew it was the waste water (not sewage) draining into ... In addition, the smell is nauseating. It was around this big enough. Not the landscape, we love to watch! There are rocks but can be avoided. '' Chairs strung 'on each other for very small beach. Air conditioning is too cold in restaurants. Eating at the very ordinary cards (The flower is not) No outdoor restaurant near the beach to eat lunch. Only the Thai (you have to pay) is outside at night.
