Perfect hotel. About 30 minutes from the airport of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. Everything is in place to ensure a perfect holiday.

A dream trip! This was a first for me in Mexico and I was playful experience. The hotel is truly magnificent. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The complex was very quiet. The food is the best restaurents concurence Montreal. This is truly a 5 star experience that I recommend to all. This is the best value for money in the Riviera Maya.

Positive :

Exceptionnnelle food! Lots of choices at the bar and numerous bars. Fast service. Charmand staff and attentive to our needs. Luxurious room. Beautiful pool. Evening show very entertaining. Very quiet. A perfect honeymoon for couples.

Negative :

Customer predominantly English (75% Texas) Difficulty to have service in French, but all the staff speak excellent English. Beach rock: oubligatoire beach shoe. A little far for excursions.
