    A dream location! Upon arrival, you will receive a damp towel and scented the whole with a glass of champagne. The staff is very attentive and courtoie (bar, reception, maintenance worker). Everything and everyone greets you and appreciate your presence! The hotel is unusually clean ... even outdoor ashtrays are again on time! The master suite is very large and very comfortable. The mini bar is replenished every day! There are two room services (morning and evening). Also, if you want to have dinner at the room service is available 24hrs and free! The food is perfect! Worthy of great restaurants in Canada. All restaurants are tastefully decorated. The service is outstanding! In Italian and French restaurants the main courses are served in a silver bell! There are two pools. These are relatively quiet. Again the service is outstanding in these areas. Beach towels are no deposit and deposited on the chairs. There are servers that provide service to the beach and the poolside. The evening shows are borne by professionals! There is also showing films on the beach at night.     This hotel is truly a 5 stars. The service is impeccable. The food is excellent. Also, no need for booking a la carte restaurants. Chardonnay or Sauvignon is available even during dinner. The clientele is fairly quiet and well bred. The activities are mostly concentrated in the pool and never last long. On the beach, almost no vendors and dérangents. Everywhere, everything is super clean.

    Negative :

    The beach is disgusting. Full of seaweed and rocks. We had to travel to Tulum to go swimming in a sea welcoming. Because I love to swim in the sea, I will not stay at this hotel.
