It's not a 4.5 * 3.5 * but one. There is no junior suite in this hotel. These are standard rooms with a balcony! no chairs, no table! Do not pay a surplus ocean views, all rooms are oceanfront!! The rooms are very very common and beds were very hard!! bedroom furniture date long! And the bathroom! no comments!! Do not believe the photos you see on sites especially on exit now! it's not that at all!!!!! false advertising! Very small beach and the sun is gone from 14:30 because of the height of the building. This hotel is too far from downtown! If you visit the website and watch the Riu Caribe, do not rely on the number of stars shown as it really is not that and it is not the junior suite it shows!!

I'm from quebec and temperature side, we were served, not a single drop of rain in two weeks! The hotel website is very clean, the pool and beach are beautiful. The views of the bay is so beautiful! The tours are offered, however, very expensive (anything below 100.00 us). Us speaking, I have nothing against Americans but, at this time of year, there is that here! Just great: staff, service, food, bar, entertainment, night club outing, cleanliness. It is a 100%. I also recommend the excursion to Xcaret, a nature park fantastic. WOW! Beautiful hotel. Everything is almost perfect. The food is simply delicious, the rooms are very nice and very clean. The staff is very attentive and facilitators are very energetic. perfect location as everything is perfect. super clean, staff very nice, as a compliment to this hotel. I made SEVERAL trip and I am very hard for food. I always bring a lot of things to eat for the week in my suitcase. but I really eat very well (even too). this is the best hotel I recommend it.
