    In extraordinary cleanliness. The maids move the bed every day to clean. All ramps are cleaned 2 to 3 times per day. All marble floors shine continuously. Mexicans are very friendly. It does not feel like big capitalism that are used as can be felt with the Cubans or the Dominicans. Mexicans seem happy to work. They are always smiling, never asks for tips, they sing and the maids have fun together. They are a people who look happy. Despite only a la carte restaurant (Italian), that we miss as the buffet is very good and very varied. The beach is fine but the return of the wave is very dangerous. There is a lifeguard who reminds us. Beautiful hotel, impeccable service as a 5 star.

    We made about 20 trips in the south and c is one of the cleanest hotels I have seen, everybody rubs everywhere, sometimes even excessive, but as they say too often c is like not enough! ! The watchtower CEST correct, the buffet as well, staff are great restaurants and bars too, but not sparkling offering us at the reception ... it depends who serves you to check out to see my negative comments is c has significant knowledge. No show no disco animation much the ordinary karaoke, bingo volleyball ... if you want some action should leave the site

    we come to this hotel with a beautiful image of a well run place, very clean hotel, friendly staff, smiling and a very great kindness. I do not know about all the rooms, but ours was very high and in addition, we had a surprise, to have a spa on our balcony. The clientele is family. they are three pools available, so one for toddlers. for evening activities, eg c is best to go to downtown Cancun. The buffets are varied. The a la carte Italian restaurant lacks a bit of choice, for me anyway. In short, it was a very good week for us and it's a place I recommend.
