Family-hotel-room-without proper conveniently located in Cancun, right on the beach

Positive :

- Charming staff, a lot of smiles - on the beach - very clean, well done general maintenance - drinks very good, helpful staff - great service agent MTR. Abundant and clean towel for the beach, everything is free sunbeds own

Negative :

Buffet very very limited, not much choice, but still good. -One a la carte restaurant, limited menu - maid very rare two days without cleaning, no washcloth for 3 days, no water bottles rather than during these days - work during the night, very noisy, impossible to sleep even after complaints to management, work-manager still not listening to us, refused to take seriously complaints of noise at night even if other customers have requested a change of room-very little lounger for the beach, we they had to take to our room to bring to the beach. - The day of our departure, at noon, plus the right drinks, soft drinks or water, snack bar forbidden, have been entitled to the buffet for lunch. our departure was at 19:00 at night and we had to pay our drinks even though our package was included. - No Wi-fi, we had to pay $ 15 for 15 minutes ... -No safety deposit box in the rooms, had to pay amount per day but we restored our money at the end of our stay, no refrigerator, not-really not sure to return to this hotel unless you override points negative ....
