    An old hotel that reminds me of the movie THE FLORIDA. Employees of the reception speak French, for those who do not speak Spanish is a plus.

    Positive :

    Conveniently located in downtown close to everything. The outdoor courtyard is quite nice.

    Negative :

    Full Ginette and Armand ... decrepit hotel that looks more like a low-end motel. We just took it on because we knew we would not stay in and it was cheaper to take the package that the hotel plane trip. But I have found that it is full of old Quebec chipos who always come to play cards in French ... An employee who takes care of the rooms are décrotte maintains his nose at the reception until the next complaint. Us, we were glad we did not stay there because the two nights that we have spent there did not seem aircon, closet door was stuck, had to fight with the lock to get in, it was dilapidated, the light did not work, the neighbor had a cat shitting on the passage and meowed all night in the passage ... short, you get the picture ...

    Positive :

    I consider the Bali-Hai more like a motel than a hotel, is made of 2-storey U-shaped centers and swimming pools and bar and has a lot of passing. Cross the street to the beach. I found the Bali-Hai own swimming pools and very clean and even a trampoline. The rooms are clean and fairly large assée and huge shower with 2 jets. The bar is 2 for 1 from 5 to 7 and 2 drinks per day which is 2 for 1 all day Christmas and the bartender very freindly and know many words in French. It is not uncommon for 22hrs it's still done with 36 C Humidex.

    Negative :

    Prenner your showers before rush hour, if not forget AC until the evening (no hot water). If you have a laptop with you enchainer, a couple have been robbed in their room. Many Mexicans in the hotel of January 1 to 14 (very noisy). No all-inclusive hotel has this, but the food the restaurant is very good.
