Very nice hotel and great location

Beautiful beach and outstanding service. The hotel people are very friendly. The food is pretty good in general, but not very developed. Very good for breakfasts. Spotless Site.

Very noisy when we are in the room because of hardwood. The sound of footsteps and especially suitcases is very strong. I strongly suggest you get a room on the second floor and not near the stairs. The restaurant closes at 21:00 - so if you go straight there is no alternative except private restaurants on the beach, they are still open. I do not go to the a la carte restaurant - it was especially for lovers. No coffee (cappuccino, etc..) At the bar before 10:30 am.

We were there from April 25 to May 2, 2013. Travel paid $ 959.00 all inclusive. No problem with Canjet, everything was perfect. Screens in the seats facing us were appreciated. The Roatan airport is very small but everything is going very well and quickly upon arrival. Transport 30 minutes to the hotel in air-conditioned mini-bus with air. Very hilly road before arriving. Free welcome drink on arrival and check-in fast enough. Were in room 203 near the transition to the reception, buffet and everything else. A nice size room with lots of storage (8 drawers, 2 large wardrobe and two bedside tables). Center table with 2 chairs. Had 2 queen beds. Hard but comfortable bed and pillows like this. Bathroom smoothly with bath and shower. Do not throw toilet paper in it but in the trash next. The air conditioned worked well but it was shut at night because no temperature control. The temperature dropped to 65 at night in the room. Two windows in the room and the patio door. 2 hammocks outside (can detach and put chairs outside. Lighting in the room is small, as everywhere in this hotel. Safety deposit box was faulty and it was replaced by a new one after only three days . Try to get a room on the second floor because the soundproofing is low and the passages are made of wood to go into the rooms. Buffet is located opposite reception. Beautiful grandeur and air conditioning. The variety of food is ordinary but good quality. All meats are very good as well as pasta and fish. There are also tacos and other choices besides vegetables and fruits. Good soups, delicious desserts ... No real orange juice. 2 bottles of water upon arrival in the room fridge. You can fill them again in many water distribution through the entire hotel. All the staff is all very nice and try to speak french a little. hotel during our week was only half full. Many Quebecois entant speak french everywhere. Lovely clean pool but people come here for the sea almost white sand and transparent water Wed Hardly waves. This place is a paradise for snorkeling and diving. Facing the sea, you just have to walk 10 minutes to get a great site snorkel or dive. C is a clean hotel with a ZEN atmosphere in the rooms and lobby but I would compare it to a family camp even though there are very few children.

Friendly staff, clean. Espresso and cappuccino very good due to the presence of Italians. The beach and the sea (clear water) and of course diving conditions Vallent the displacement.

Beautiful beach, friendly staff, lush vegetation on the hotel website. Room was reasonably clean. Well organized dive shop (we do the dives that you want and you pay at the end depending on the package that fits ...) All the rooms are on stilts. Pool very nice but also deep (more than 6 feet) and convenient for diving courses but not very practical to relax in unsalted water or play with children.

A single evening buffet very repetitive and limited choices. Little snacks served throughout the day ... must be present at the beach restaurant when they bring the pieces of pizza or you will not get ... (5 minutes and everything is gone!) No soap provided in the rooms patio doors that do not stand in. Wood flooring in the rooms (very nice but not isolated ... if you are on the first floor, neighbors from above may be disturbing) When you come back dive, difficult to find something to eat. The hours for meals are 7am to 9am (breakfast) 12h to 14h30 (dinner) 19h to 21h No kitchen access outside these hours very little food available between meals Diving ... the platform is far from the hotel. We must walk with our equipment a safe distance on the beach to the boat. Customer then mostly Italian staff speak mostly Spanish and Italian. But there are ways to make themselves understood in English (and sometimes French) Only 2 bars throughout the complex: one at the beach and one in the lobby of IS NOT A **** (4 stars)! I did not give more than a *** but if you compare with other hotels that we can see from the beach, it is higher.
