We greatly appreciated being located in separate suites of the hotel, well decorated and comfortable room, housekeeping always done well, the service is great at both restaurants elsewhere, smiling and listening to us. Located in a very exotic island. Lush vegetation and pleasant.

The a la carte restaurants are very good, choice of wine to the map interesting service at the pool bar effective, as the buffet and the staff is smiling all the time.

TOURISTS! They require a service more than perfect, they leave their garbage everywhere hang out and they leave no tip. In addition, they dare to criticize when, three days later, the servers are in no hurry to settle! Demonstrating good citizenship and gratitude to the staff always pays!

We séjournée to Cayacoa from 05 June to 19 June and it was really wonderful two weeks. The hotel is located about 45 minutes from the airport and the landscape all along the road, is impressive because the road crisscrosses the mountains. I want to say to people with weak heart that are a must gravol!! For the first time in my life, I really had the heart to my lips to my arrival at the hotel and it was the case of plusirus people on the bus. The check-in was on the bus so we saved time. My disappointment was clear that the safety deposit box, in regular rooms, was not included in the price. We were located in three floors with views over the terrace outside and the room was very nice and extremely clean. For once I was very happy not to have paid extra for a suite because the suites are located in separate buildings and there are many many many stairs and therefore obliged to wait for the shuttle the hotel permanently. The pool is beautiful but there is only one and there is also a huge jaccusi near the suites but the number of stairs to go if was rather discouraging especially with the extreme heat. The food is exellent, both at the buffet restaurant a la carte. My favorite restaurant was the gourmet or we enjoy with the entry of smoked salmon and avocado and the surf and turf (steak, lobster, shrimp. The house red is the worst wine I've drunk so far but the wine was good. The drinks are all very good and I recommend dirty monkey (a kind of shake with banana and chocolate), banana mama (shake strawberry banana), and the mojitos!! By cons, we repeatedly told that sum could be our mojito because he had no mint leaves .....: (The beach is usually because the sand is not white and not fine but we knew that already. For cons, the beach was clean and well maintained and there was no algae in the water. My small problem is that there is no scnack on the beach so must take the elevator or climb 181 floors or down stairs (we have counted one evening or alcohol sank to flo) to get to the restaurant with two lunchtime. We were cayo -Leventado, a small island opposite the hotel and the beach is magnificent, twice. the nautical center of the hotel he sold the boat crossed between 20 and 25 U.S. dollars but the locals (below the bridge) sells the same thing for 15 us dollars. All excursions are cheaper under the bridge!! Go see Ramond or Gregory, he works together and you economize much!! We were to fall el limon with a horse ride and lunch included and another day we were in playa ricon with dinner and alcohol and has included two recovery we have been to Cayo-Leventado for the modest amounts of $ 120 per person! ! To give you an idea, west jet sells excursion playa ricon $ 85 per person and we paid only $ 50. And has exactly the same tour!! The shows at night to the hotel is truly awful and the room is too small so I highly suggest you make friends and spend a night with boyfriend!! The pesonnel is helpful and very nice. Fianelement we had a great vancance beautiful! ! The hotel is beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking and the food is very good. The beach is average and indeed there are many stairs so I recommend the place to people with disabilities, older persons or people traveling with children jeunne. The positive side of the stairs is that we feel a little less guilty for eating so well and drank a bit too :)

For a 5 star hotel in the wine buffet could be better quality.

We had visited our ninth trip so expectations are high and made to date we have seen all kinds! But here I can say we found an excellent value for money with this hotel. Everything is perfect or that the site is super nice, always clean and the room is huge with more gold. It is certain that there are many steps to climb but it takes us a little exercise after having eaten! In terms of food, a la carte restaurants are really excellent, especially the gourmet whose view is splendid (Hint, if you have 4 bookings, book it two times from the start). For the buffet in the morning and noon, that's fine while at night it's almost as good as the a la carte restaurants. The beach is small but ok, we never ran out of chairs when we went there. When the weather is calm, the water is beautiful but windy it quickly becomes blurred. If you want to see a real beautiful beach with turquoise water, the alez Cayacoa it worth every penny. To complete, you will see that the people working on the site are really exceptional especially the animated gang with whom we have had fun throughout our stay.
