Beautiful site, the beach is superb, friendly staff. Many animation if you have teenagers very well because they take care themselves doing a lot of activity. We made an excursion to Saona Island, great experience. I suggest you go there, s, is a beautiful site for a week.

The rooms, especially bathrooms need renewal. the toilet is behind the door of the bathroom. Lack of air conditioning not very cold. There are just three à la carte dinners, few consider other hotel in Punta Cana for the same category. The pool is small for the number of people who are at the hotel, we are not there for the pool but the beach.

The staff focus on customer needs and smiling make this hotel a lovely place to visit. The variation in the buffet menu was limited but the food always good.

I consider a 4.5 * hotel not a 5 * especially when visiting other RIU Palace nearby.

Me and my traveling companion are very disappointed at the Riu Bambu, this n; is not really a 5 * we're talking of; a 3.5 max, old room, no coffee maker or iron, beach towels and dirty spot, food very average. The sheets were too short and we found ourselves lying directly on the mattress. In addition to the; pool water is cloudy and; airconditioned works at least ...... not happy with the gentlemen.

THIS IS THE 2ND TIME WE GO TO A PUNTA CANA RIU THE 1ST TIME IN Riu Taino WHO IS CONSIDERED A 4 * AND CONSIDERS THAT I BAMBU A 4 * ALSO NOT A 5 *. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN BUT NOTHING SPECIAL, THE BUFFET IS EXCELLENT HOWEVER MAYBE WITH SOME BUT STILL EXCELLENT RÉPÉTITONS. THE BEACH IS THE BEST WE HAVE A BOOK IN THE SUN IT IS TO TT THE WORLD, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE POOL WHERE IT WAS LIMITED. PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. HAPPY HOLIDAY!!

SUNQUEST THE REPRESENTATIVE OF A BIG ZERO'''' SHE HAS NOT EXPLAINED IN NEW TOURIST HOW IT WORKS AT THE HOTEL THAT HAS NOT SPOKEN OF TOURS, we had to leave 0:45 A HOTEL WHEN WE TRIED TO HAVE A ROOM TO 19hrs (at a small premium) THEY WERE NOT VERY INDEPENDENT I AM GO SEE THE REPRESENTATIVE AND IT DID NOTHING IS THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT I HAVE WITH RESPECT TO THIS HOTEL.

Very clean, especially the bathrooms shared by the pool! Rooms cleaned well, "resort" location, enough chairs for everyone at the beach but a little less at the pool because it is small. Beach and sea are beautiful and not too much algae.

At first glance, this hotel is NOT A 5 STAR BUT A 4 when compared with other like Gran Palladium Bavaro or Bahia Principe. What is most frustrating is that we are wholesalers pay a 5 STAR. Here's why: 1) Lack of staff, no table service at the buffet and bar for what is drinks or water. You have to get yourself the drinks at the bar. 2) The food is good but always dressed the same way some variety. Not enough island for everyone ranging from the buffet, we wait in line. No theme, the same food every day. After 23h it's hard to eat something. At one point we did provide grilled cheese. 3) The restaurants in the cards are almost nonexistent. 2 of 3 restaurant in the same place and are located in the snack bar near the psicine. We must get up at 6:45 am every day to get booked for a 7:05 ... the seats are taken. no advance booking. One of three restaurant was closed because of marriage. 4) The room was clean but the air was the max and we were just comfortable. The finished pillows! No pen and paper to write notes or other, no washcloth 5) At the bar in the room, someone replaced the bottle of rum (yet almost full!) For a vacuum. . . (This is however not that we have emptied) 6) There was an employee drunk in toilets every night. 7) On the evening of the assessment of, hotel, staff was monitoring what is scored and when the rating was not asked us to positively change the notes and our refusal to face, as if by chance it was been offered by several servers Let them go even when quationnaires a box waiting for us specifically to the exit. 8) The SPA is located in another RIU so you have to walk 9) The JACCUZZI is not true, there is a tiny extension of the pool (Even COLD water ...). 10) This is a large complex of hotels, there is no shuttle for people with mobility problems Overall the most disappointing is the food and a la carte restaurants.
