The Majestic Colonial: What a fabulous place. This was our 5th trip to Punta Cana, the first in this hotel. We greatly enjoyed our holiday. Despite its 668 rooms, we do not feel that the hotel is overloaded. The site is large but easily accessible. There are always seats available at the pool, beach or any of the restaurants. The service and hospitality is really appreciable. No reservations required except for two restaurants and restaurants with no restrictions Nolitours (Chameleon).

Big clean rooms, bar replenished daily, and excellent food for those who state that it is always the same thing at the buffet, so I do not understand because there are so great variety of kinds of foods (eg counter pasta, potato bar, fresh meat and fish cooked on a plate, three kinds of paella, stews, specialties, pork / beef / chicken / seafood sauce, counter vegetables, fruit, salad, bread, and so on ...) that even if a customer eating the same buffet every day (which is not the case), it would have several days to have gone around all types of dishes. In general the staff is helpful with tips or not. Recommendation: Irish coffee in the lobby of the hotel, it's to try! The hotel has prepared a banquet on the beach and it was absolutely sublime, food, bar and decoration, everything was at the rendezvous. We traveled to Costa Rica, Cuba and the Republic. At price / quality ratio, this hotel is our preference. This is a family hotel, but personally aimed at the rest and we found because there are still quiet corners. This hotel has an average of 3 weddings per day. Many people who travel in groups. Activities are not always on time but if one inquires, there is plenty to do plenty. Piano in the Lobby every day, live band or other activities every evening before the evening show. There is plenty to have fun ...

Absolutely none, except on Thursday, a group of vendor located on the street of shops, which are a little emphasis if they are visiting. However, it is quite free to go there or not.
