Arrival check-in we were fast in club elegance while an employee "Orlendo" supports us. He checked in with us and we then shown around the premises. The room: We were in the block closest to the beach on the second floor with view on a courtyard and on the "houses" of the majestic colonial. Nice big room, but it was VERY VERY wet. Phew! They ran out of white wine (eeee usually with seafood you drink white wine!) Our meals were good overall. The desserts are the same as the buffet! Restaurant "Dorrs 9", the Japanese, the best we've ever done. The cook makes us all a show ... These are half-moon counters of 12 people. The desserts are the same as the buffet! We must reserve for Japanese restaurant and gourmet limited. Reservations are made on the same day from 8:00. Do not delay book because there are only late hours. As we are not early risers. Majestic Elegance AWESOME 3rd fois

This is a hotel that surpasses other, it's been 10 years since we go to Punta Cana, and the last 3 times it was at the Majestic. It is genial, everything is perfect. Excellent food, Va. The chef excels all the time. The restaurants are all good and the buffets are enticing and varied, hats off to Virginia and his team! The junior suite is large with lots of storage and very clean. The service is excellent throughout, the staff is very friendly and cheerful. The drinks are excellent in every bar. Beautiful beach with lots of deck chairs, he never lacks, and around the pools, everything is neat and clean. Many activities for those who want them. Jose Maria, the Director has innovated this year with a Beerfest, it was great, everyone had fun!

I spent a week at the Majestic Elegance center in mid May I was traveling alone and this is my first trip south and an all-inclusive. The beach was more beautiful than I expected (but beware of waves and currents) and the pool was wonderful too. Even at 8:30 in the morning there were still chairs in the shade of the poolside. I ate all my meals in the buffet restaurant. The variety of the food was good no matter what the offer was so focused on North American food (fries, hot dogs, pizza, etc. available at every meal). Unfortunately I was sick the last day probably because of the food since I have drank only bottled water and no alcohol. The room was very large, comfortable bed and nice decor. I was very disappointed with the room cleaning and unpleasant odor that seemed to be caused by the air conditioning system. It smelled musty and sewers. Yurk. In short, I keep good memories of my six days at the pool and beach but prefer to forget the stench that was close to my nostrils when I tried to sleep every night. Based on this trip, I'll never go into a resort less than 5 stars in the South.
