The site is huge and beautiful. There are over 1,500 rooms and I felt like I was never waiting for meals and services. The beach is wonderful and we just walked several hours on the beach. The late night shows are no more acceptable. We benefited from the Diamond Club service and the staff was friendly and smiling. There are courses in Latin on the beach but to our great surprise, there was no place on the site for the dance. Karaoke is great fun and we had good nights.

The site is a 5 star but a low 4 stars for service in restaurants and rooms. In restaurants we often had to ask for coffee in the morning, we had to leave even get our beer for lunch and dinner, for wine had to be patient. Occasionally staff showed signs of impatience, but luckily they had that had a smile. The chairs on the beach are difficult to obtain. There are many people who reserve (the day before) the palapas, so they are very rare. We set the dial at 5:30 in the morning in order to reserve one for the day. Even at this hour there was little left.
