VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD SERVICE COMPLEX GRAND BUFFET REPETITIVE BUT VERY GOOD

The only negative WE ARE BOOKING A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS IN, WE HAVE ONLY ONE OTHER RESTAURANTS A 8:00 A 9:45 ET WERE WE WERE CHILDREN WITH VERY LATE TO EU.

We were at the Golden Club, very good choice. Very clean. People very welcoming. 4 a la carte restaurants already reserved. Private check.

With the Golden Club, can not be answered in French. The lunch buffet in the morning and always the same, except the paella (pm) a day made with rice noodles with another day. Pools not big enough for the size of the complex when it is too windy at the beach. Some difficulty in the beginning to the room to be made before 5 pm but after that is reabsorbed. The lobby bar of the hotel closes at 10 pm 30 it's a bit early for my taste. Unfortunately my daughter's spouse was swindled his sunglasses when he went to shower (courtesy the lobby) before leaving the hotel (departure day).

The beach was beautiful and very long - great for taking walks.

Maximum of three a la carte restaurants for a week this is not much above that there is a buffet.

A beautiful, quiet complex. It is separated into two: one side of Punta Cana and Bavaro is the other side. We were on the side Bavaro. The two are exactly alike and as such willing. Place very clean room and bathroom spotless. Very well maintained complex, there is always an employee who is working to put that beautiful (gardener, interviews ...) The buffet is varied. During our stay, there was a theme every day. So there is no problem to eat there 7 days. We have dinner at the 3 card included. We have not regretted our choice: Cafe de Paris (French), Maiko (Japanese) and the other was the Olas II (steak house and buffet directly outside on the beach). A couseil, book your a la carte restaurants upon arrival. The majority of staff is smiling. Great service for a complex that can accommodate 4,000 people. The website is a little "bowling alley", so there are rooms that are a bit far from the beach but they are closer to the restaurants. The "best" is to have a room in the middle of the hotel complex. There's a shuttle service that brings us to the rooms and the beach is not really waiting. In addition, there are bars in amounts on the site. We will return safely.

No real negatives. Except a little tip: Many people on the site, so if you want a shady spot, reserve your place before 8:00 am or you'll bake in the sun (beach and swimming pools).

It's paradise ... Hotel extremely clean and luxurious in every detail. The vegetation is beautiful and perfectly maintained! There are a lot of employees on site who are busy at different tasks, they are gracious, kind and make more follies to create a funny atmosphere. Room very clean, quiet and fast. Our villa (31) in the hacienda blub / diamond was very well situated, halfway between the beach and the lobby in addition to having a private pool. All the pools are great especially the pool to the beach. There is entertainment and the atmosphere is always present. Whether at the pool or the beach there are enough chairs and palapa for all, even if it is a big resort so many people. The beach is so beautiful! Transparent turquoise water without algae. We went around to other hotels and the beach was not as nice (lots of seaweed) in addition to lack of trees and / or palapas. The complex is very large but we are getting crazy, there are several small trains that carry us from one end to another of the complex is expected to barely a minute ... The a la carte restaurants are excellent and outstanding service, we were in Mexico (excellent guacamole and atmosphere Hole Hole!) To Japanese (food a little salty but very pleasant) and French (filet mignon really excellent!). The buffets are quite varied and there are different themes each night. We loved the Bahia Principe ...

Some dishes at the buffet were sometimes very warm especially at the buffet by the pool near the beach. When the dishes arrive it's perfect but if it's been several minutes they are there it is almost cold. Drinks are very good (especially the lobby) but very low in alcohol (ask mucho alcohol) and the wine is not drinkable. Quick tip, buy your wine at the duty free shop at the airport and you bring it in restaurants or buffets, servers are happy to open it and you serve it. We were four people to drink wine and we had just bought 4 bottles for the week, really poor ... bring in more ...

I did a very nice stay in this hotel in November 2008. This hotel is really very good and excellent service. The resort comprennait 1536 rooms spread between Puntacana Bahia, Bahia Bavaro and Bahia Prime. The restaurants are very good (I'm the + + + gourmet, Italian and Japanese + + + + +) but book early in the week for good ie around 20:30 hours. The restaurant of the beach is very convenient for lunch. The cleanliness of the complex (common areas and rooms) is impeccable. The village Pueblo Principe is a nice addition and it's entertaining in the evening after dinner. There is an express service to repair the rooms. We had to call to repair our safe ... the repairman arrived in 5 minutes! Same for the bell boy to our suitcases when we left! I've never seen that!

The complex is made long and narrow and it is difficult to get a room with a central location. Either one is far from the buffet and the lobby, or it is far from the beach! If it rains it really should be disturbing. I have already stayed twice at the Grand Palladium Bavaro and I preferred the "layout" of the hotel. In addition, there are several trails that crisscross the site covered and pay party in the problem of rain. In addition it looks nice! I also stayed at the Bavaro Princess! My choice: 1st 2nd Palladium Bavaro Princess Bahia and third.

What an amazing hotel ave views of the ocean. We chose a room with balcony and sea view and it is worth it. We saw the cruise ships from our balcony, that this trip was enjoyable and I highly recommend this hotel for its French restaurant and the buffet food is also very good. The service is personalized, all employees (without exception) are always smiling and friendly. The rooms are very clean. I recommend you participate in activities organized by the GO (Massimo and Patricia are wonderful people). For a stroll in Samana ask for Joselito, he stands in the morning at the gate of the hotel, he speaks very good English and will take you around the village.

The beach is nice but small, do not expect to walk for hours. I have no other negative comments because our trip was perfect. We will definitely return soon.

Very nice hotel and very well maintained. Views. Spotlessly clean. Food for all tastes. Snack bar open almost 24 hours. Host very close to people and very welcoming. No need for reserved chairs at the pool or the beach. The activity falls Lemon is worth it. We recommend this trip to 120%

Attention to the QUAD activity. We had to go mountain biking, beach, boating and Apne. As the sea was rough, we did that mountain biking (for more than 3 hours) which was much too long and the beach. For $ 125 it was not worth the price.

Super nice complex but not too big too personal as our supermarkets stores. Lots of vegetation. Very clean. Beautiful pools. Beautiful beach. There is always a good breeze at the beach. Very nice staff who deals in tennis and bicycles but as very outdated equipment.

The only day we could have or kayaking we were advised that it had booked a day in advance. We were in the Golden Section and missed three days of washcloths. The drink very diluted as in many all-inclusive. Wine provides not very good. I think the hotels should review all-inclusive. You have to pay for many things now, whirlpool bath, the sauna. In the a la carte restaurant they pressed us amenre a wine list. Same thing in the lobby provides drinking half and half not supplied. I find that 5 * stars have indeed changed.

the site is a lot of beautiful flowers and trees. It's very clean, the floors shine. The room is large and very propremais the double beds is small for two bedrooms! The lobby is so big and cozy. The food is excellent. the Cafe de Paris and the excellent Japanese. The staff is very polite and smiling. The beach is full of people but great. was the most beautiful resort I travel. The shuttle is convenient. The entertainment was varied and very good.

No negative comments from a night at the lobby we would have appreciated a change of musician was tjrs the same.
