Beautiful beach and temperature. Block # 20 no damp smell in the room

Temperature.

This hotel is not 4 stars. The hotel is very dirty and abandoned. In one room there was a plank of wood instead of the window and in the other room there was simply no lock safe. It took 3 days to solve these problems. Also a baby who was with us and sleeping in a cot provided by the hotel has suffered flea bites "bed bugs". Everything confirmed by a pediatrician from Montreal. Also the amount of bottled water is really not appropriate. A room with 2 adults and 2 children had a right to one bottle per day. The food was terrible. This was my third experience in Cuba and this trip confirmed that I would not go back again.

Beautiful beach, clean room

No air conditioning for 5 days, no water for 1 day, the hotel grounds lack of water, the buffet not very good, I was very disappointed in this hotel ..... I relied the comments ....... lack of chairs at the beach .... the expensive 0.80 pesos to 1.00 Canadian

We loved our trip. This is ideal for traveling with children. Beloved safety aspect. Very good food. We were 13 for the trip and all were very satisfied.

Only negative on the day of departure, we paid to keep our room until 16h ... but water and electricity were cut off at noon ... so we had to use the rooms of courtesies available but ... we had that for many people and suitcases were left in a room not locked.

Very Good hotel, we have loga © Laguna Club in the section, block 16, one of the best location. Rubbish large room, Rubbish clean, balcony, 3iA ¨ me à © floor, overlooking the sea in the distance, seen on swimming. Food with much more than correct choice. Personal cheerful and courteous. Rubbish beautiful beach, one of the most beautiful corner. From being hideously large and beautiful swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel, I would definately hà © Siter! Note that we travel with our 3 children and they adored ©!

Not much except that we had a week of high winds, I would have liked more heat ©, although we can not say either that we froze ©, à © silent sun with return, we would be well spent © of these winds, but à © recess beyond our contrÃ'le ... Dated December 27 at 3 Jan 2010. Beautiful site not too big. We were in block 21 facing the first sideboard and between the first two pools, one behind our block was quiet to read, no music, only for adults. We ate well, the staff was welcoming. The beach is beautiful face to our site, you can take a nice walk. But right after the Tryp Cayo Coco it spoils. The animation is in the Emperador, the bar behind the theater is run by the bartender who gives a good show. We will be back :-)

The seafood restaurant rather disappointing. I put a Tour because we did not.

Very good service used toujour smiling and helpful. A spectacular beach with lots of chairs, just as the pools. Lots of variety to the room ate, a la carte restaurant very good especially the lobster worth. Great site for people who love marché.Les workers after roaming over the tip, but when it RECEIVES there are grateful. In addition there is a bartender quite spectacular.

The only negative, the evening show a little weak.
