despite the negative comments I had read I was a little worried, but I can tell you that this is a very nice hotel, very much welcomes very nice room, very good comic, it is true that n ' there is not much variation, but it was very good nonetheless. Positives for this hotel: The beach is beautiful, the water is a beautiful turquoise green. The pool is really nice, and when I was there in April 2008, it was very clean, the water really was not blurred. The hotel staff is very nice. The a la carte restaurants are acceptable, but not to break everything! The food for lunch at the snack bar is good. It is close to the city and also the airport. There is an infirmary if you are sick, for cons, the nurse speaks only Spanish. The shows at night are really beautiful, the Cuban dance so well.

Cons: the food is very ordinary, I would say another world next to the Playa Caleta (for having been there last year). The hotel sold for a 4 * and is in reality a 2 * almost nothing to eat, swimming pool with very turbid water environment poorly maintained, rust on the edge of the bath. I am in my ninth with five trips to Cuba to Varadero, never at the same hotel so able to recognize a 4 *. ex. The beach is beautiful, the pool was great, the shows at night, and the staff at the beach bar was very friendly, people in the hotel are available to give any information at all times. I have spent a wonderful week.

The beds were very hard, the mold is present in some room on the walls and bottom of beds. The damp smell is very strong. The food buffet is very very ordinary, it should not be difficult to eat there.

Beautiful beach with turquoise water, the beach was very clean. Very nice weather sunny all week from 20 to 27 February. The staff on the site is dedicated to help us upon receipt. The a la carte restaurant is delicious. The cleanliness was ok especially with the tip for the rooms or gifts. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable even if they started not before 9:50 p.m. instead of 21:30. The bread is very good. The aircraft Sunwing offers great service with hot meals for everyone and smile. The dinner tonight, there are good Cuban group that sings and plays music, they are very good and their CD is good even if it costs $ 12 Cuban.
