The beach and ocean! This is truly a paradise. The hotel is good and very well equipped. The lobby is beautiful, the buffets are good and varied, that of Sirenas is even better. The pools are really nice and clean. Several activities are offered to us as dance classes, from Spanish, the volleyball at the beach, entertainment vraiments very well every night. The excursions are very nice and available in French. The a la carte restaurants are very good especially the Italian. The bars are plentiful and the drinks are strong! We had a week very very cold. After one afternoon we could go enjoy the beach and we had to be in the sun. We had to change hotels the night before we left, saw an overbooking of SunWing. It's been 2 months since I consulted the comments of our first hotel and it was very positive. And then, when we booked the Coral Sirenas, I consulted the com-ments on this website and in addition to being discouraged to change hotels, feedback me doubly discouraged. And there, during my stay, I told myself that when I return, I was going to write my comment to encourage travelers staying at this hotel. Obviously, we had some problems: In our room, nothing major, lack of hot water, cold water shortages, lack of toilet paper. And I can tell you that the next day she recognizes you immediately). There are 4 a la carte restaurants, we tried 3. My favorite was the Oriental, it was super good. The a la carte restaurants are fine scenery. There is a snack bar 24hrs, the fries are great! hot dogs and hamgergers are OK. It is certain that after a week in Cuba, my boyfriend's belly in a little deflated! I must say we went tried a restaurant downtown and it was not better than the hotel, that's why after we ate all our meals at the hotel. We chatted with people who were in the 5 stars and their food was no better! This is Cuba! For the size of the site and the diversity of choices available to us for the restaurants, I think if I go back to Varadero, I go here. Varadero but for me once it's not OK +. PS: They are renting scooters in front of the hotel, it's pretty fun, it allows you to visit all "racoins" of Varadero. And the tour JEEP SAFARI is a great day tripante, you leave with your jeep all day and they make you visit the city of Matanzas, is all well and good and interesting!! I traveled a lot, always in 4 * and I've always done best trips. I do not advise anyone there. I spent 5 days out of 7 in my hotel room, see a doctor every day to monitor my condition. Terrible food, staff and lack of courtesy so if you want a dring at the beach, there is always a queue incredible. I ended my trip by a forced leave of two weeks after emergency hospitalization.
