This hotel is a 4 star ..... but 4 stars Cuban!! Remember what the word "service". When I arrived not as villa on my reservation but a lower category room well: warm water, empty fridge, air conditioning just plugged my arrival: warm room ..... The buffet is stocked but forget what the word means hygiene .... cold foods are at room temperature! The club house where you will pay 20cuc as security for a beach towel is closed during meals for employees even if it is indicated that it should be open ... forget the napkins past 15h: there are more than clean! Take your bathroom products ... they do not replenish the shampoo and soap!

Proximity and Varadero beach is clean. The bars are quite numerous and it is possible to eat any time of day (even if it's just a hot dog from 10:30 to 12)
