Beautiful beach!

The food is dégeulasse. All is not well arranged! It make no attention to the preservation of food (I almost eat a grilled cheese'''' with mold on the bread). '' Good'' for eating it is imperative to eat outside the hotel! The hotel and the site is falling into décripitude; Very poor service, the Cubans are not service, slow before to give you what you asked yourself or they simply forget. Often they only tell you that there is something broken somewhere for you to silence. People at home are very beast! There is virtually no organized activity except that the bingo and volleyball. At the arrival, about 80% of rooms were not ready and delayed for three hours went into the rooms. Our room and our friends were infested with ants. The bathroom was clogged and we had constant vapor that came from the toilet. We made the request for another room but I believe they have once again forgotten. The elevators are old and some doors do not open until half. I think if inspectors were to make Quebec an assessment of the hotel he would close immediately!

Hello, we arrived a week extraordinary varadero .. it was sunny and warm. Hotel is very good in general. Me and a friend we each had our room (2414 and 2415) and we enjoyed as it was in hotel and not in the villa (it was our choice ...) and our room was on two floors .. 2 bathrooms, 1 king bed .. Lounge (formerly it was to be one more ..) Although this was not recent, it was clean! I recommend the catamaran trip and jeep safari (it's cheap 71 pesos and it allows us to do lots of activities in one day ... and also have the chance to see the scenery less tourism (residents .. poverty .. etc ...) Really great! For those who want to go partying in nightclubs (like us) we had 3 different bars of 5 nights (rumba, and La Bamba international) for one, is that the Bamba j, my favorite .. everything is a matter of taste! But at least the three that are walking from hotel .... The beach, pool, vegetation. . here are the three big points of this hotel .... I would go back anytime ...

Regarding points a little .. and much more negative about the restaurant a la carte, when we visited there were only two open (and the mariposa, another name escapes me ... but .. it was Chinese food ... I think ..) the brief was adoréééééé mariposa ... and one that evening my girlfriend and I had been slight stomach ache ... nothing serious ... but already during the meal ... I said I really did not like the meal ... In terms of animation and has GO.et well .. apart from bingo and little show evening ... they are discrete (for me .. its not bother me at all ...) Remember that booking a la carte restaurant should be at 8 am for the following evening and ... be on time because it often was 8:10 ... n, is more room .... and we just book one day at a time ... it's a shame .. but ... no drama! One last point, it is hot water in the shower ... for a few days ... it is scarce ... :) :)

My second trip to Cuba, Varadero. I loved this resort. The place is very clean. People who work there are very welcoming. It's probably one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Cuba. If you are a gang of young and want to go tripper and well this is the place! As for going out there and many SEVERAL place. Regarding food if you are not too difficult The buffet was very good (for Cuba) Then when you have fringuales, you return to the bar in the wee hours of the morning there are always super hot dog and then the grids cheeses ham are excellent.

The only hick! But it's my fault j, should have asked for another room. Is that the air conditioning worked more or less, then in terms of warm water and it was morning oufff otherwise it was pretty cold water. But all the other rooms were correct. Bon voyage to all!

-Great beach, plenty of sun (but must get up very early to get a palapa)-Staff of bars, restaurants and the buffet very nice and helpful, never have I felt the tip was expected with them. -Quiet place (for those who like it), no noise when you're in our rooms. -Excellent drinks and outstanding service to the 6th floor bar (this bar is far but ...) to correct for Food in the restaurants and buffet worthy of a good 3 stars (but certainly not a 4 stars)

Hotel-dated, very run down, more or less clean and ugly all-in many cases unpleasant odors, especially on our balconies and ground floor (where is the club house)-The rooms in the Hotel is dated, especially the bath (phew), during our stay there were bcp ant, worn and uncomfortable mattress, there is a space in the bottom of the door, which brought the insects. -Staff on reception and some maids right rude. Pool-old, unfriendly (no access everywhere), often dirty (bottom sliding, floating waste). Animation-ZERO. There is absolutely no atmosphere at this hotel, the leaders are hiding, almost no activity on the day during our stay of two weeks. And evening, the shows are just 1 hour (often less!) And are more cheesy than each other, especially dance. Help! Bar-None 24 hours. It ceases to serve the drink at midnight, except to the disco (still empty) where we used to 2:00 am. -The only food served at the snack bar 24 hours: ham and cheese sandwiches (occasionally there are also hot dogs, but never at night). No-bottle of water or soft drinks provided in the rooms, despite what we promise. Hotel-tiered and strangely built, then it is all the time on the stairs (to the clubhouse floor, reception at the fourth, the lobby bar at the third, sixth bar, buffet the second, etc..). -In short, it really is NOT a 4 star, more like 3 stars. -I strongly advise to avoid this place. However, I am a veteran of three Cuban stars and this is the worst I've seen. There are much better in Varadero, for a comparable price.

Regarding the accommodation I must say that this hotel is rated 4 stars certainnement not. Big disappointment for food. We were treated to chicken leg for 14 days. The other dishes were not edible. Always the same menu, the same reheated meals one day after another. We had to visit fopurmis in our room, in our drawers and our shoes. We had to change our room immidiatement arrivercar Villa that has been designated was disgusting. Al has no comfort room, far from the beach, no balcony or terrace. We were very disappointed. We will not return to this hotel. We will not make good comments in our environment, for sure. Again I do not agree with a 4 star rating is just a 2 * 1/2.

this is my 5 th trip to cuba, and I love this hotel! I never eat as well in cuba! the rooms very clean and the restaurant was very good card. good buffet, the restaurant and the beach (El Sitio) lunch is excellent! we did a tour and it was the catamaran cayo blanco! super nice piece of advice you make $ 10.00 to $ because you can eat lobsters on the big boats and they are excellent, on the island because the lobsters are very small!! we have been eating in town and has 2 restaurant that was super: the barracuda on the sea .. and in the park he Josone the grotta! it's great fun!

Very surprised by the food having seen several negative reviews during our 2 weeks at Villa Cuba, I can say very happy with the food in terms of staff to 2 people from across the staff was very courteous and friendly. Hi all! This was my 5th trip to Cuba ... First, I would say to all travelers who want to leave Cuba for the month (end) in March, April, early May is the best time to go to Cuba! April March is warm, the beach is beautiful, if it rains, it lasts 5 minutes and it's over, it's the best time in my opinion ... It is very hot, but humid, so there are lots of mosquitoes, you'll sting for sure, important to get a lotion against mosquitoes! It's still a good time to swim ... September, October, you get a chance to have hurricanes .. November is perhaps the best month of this season ... For the hotel, I really liked the friendly staff, take time to talk to them, they will be delighted to meet you! There are villas or rooms in the hotel ... The rooms are fine, they're all alike ... The beach is beautiful, is not waiting long at bars for a drink ... It was the first trip my girlfriend and she was in heaven ... If you go there, ask the bartender to the pool called Onay, this is the best (Tell her that it was Simon, the bombero montreal who says her)! For the buffet which is similar but often very good, better ask the waitress called Livia, she's amazing, she will treat you like royalty! Seriously, I almost just positive reviews for this hotel, to eat, take the time to discover the good restaurants in the city center about 15 minutes walk from the hotel ...
