The beach is one of the best views in Varadero (better than those of Varadero and the Sirenis). The room was vieillote (hotel section, 1217), but clean. No bibite for the week. For the shower, there was a choice to make: warm water with little pressure or water cooler with more pressure. Free safety deposit box. Food: still good, even very good some nights at the buffet. I have not been able to go a la carte restaurants because I did it too late to book. By cons, full of interesting little places to eat in town for cheap. Suitable site for the disabled which may explain why some older clients. By cons, during our week, many young! We made lots of new knowledge and have had so much fun! The site is generally very good with lots of vegetation. The proximity of downtown Varadero can make very different evenings! In summary, the value for money, I would stay here again!

The only really negative comment is that the first night the air conditioning in our room did not work at all ... we had a puncture of heat all night, but luckily everything was repaired the next day!

Section Villa deserve to be rated 2 stars no more ... My room was full of mold and the walls were in very poor condition. So I changed rooms for the second week. The hotel section is fine. My assessment will be done on the hotel section.

Section Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The a la carte restaurants are good. There are lots of palapas on the beach.

The animation is almost innexistante The Buffet is downright ordinary missing lighting on the site. Several customers were injured when they stumbled in the evening.

For a little less than $ 700 worth it! It was a great week without rain, two days of intense sunlight and other days cloudy but warm enough to be in a swimsuit ... happiness! The à la carte "Mariposa" and "Bamboo" are excellent when you get to get a reservation. The hotel people are generally very gracious and hospitable. The endoit is large enough to have space for everyone.

The buffet compared to all the hotel that I've done before in Cuba is very pauvre.Il are not many choices, the food is not good ... I ate a lot of cucumber ... And I insist that the other hotels that I visited, the food was good (for Cuba). The beach is beautiful, the sand grains so small it's very comfortable to walk or jog on it without getting hurt. We asked to organize and water polo, volleyball, etc.. but they have never organized. There is a ping pong table, but no ping pong balls ... There is a tennis court, but no rackets or balls ... No volleyball either. Fortunately we had brought our own volleyball and our tennis rackets and balls! So for the next ... Do you bring as a ping pong! The a la carte restaurants ... get out your pennies or gifts! All inclusive my eye! If you do not give gifts, they never have room for reservations. You might be the second person in the queue for reservation, the restaurant is complete your turn! :-( ... It parrait that the food is good ... What's worse is that this is the first time I'm flying in my room ... When I arrived, I had a jacket and as we do not use it in Cuba ... I do not have realized that when I redid my bags ... We were a group of eight women, then 8 rooms (1212-1211-1209-1203 ....), and nearly all had big bugs disgusting ... they were hiding under beds!! WARNING! Also the air conditioning worked almost never! The smell ... yeurk! Never hot water to wash! Also the buffet, washhh!! dégeulasse! 2nd visit to this site. Everything was parfais with the exeption of the food that was always the same and warm. The room on the 7th floor was VERY well. Large and clean. I found a small sound hacker this week in my room. Plenty of hot water for douche.Tres good service by the servers, housekeepers and Lobby. In short, apart from food, VERY well. I do not think I would go to this hotel for a stay of two weeks because of the food.

We did a very nice trip, the beach is superb, it's a beautiful place, friendly people, although they are macho ... The only negative thing is the food, but I knew that in Cuba, it was not their forte. By cons, the a la carte restaurants are very good.
