hotel great place for any call62 restaurant not too far from 15th march to void and small chips all ready feet. but they must be in the insertion of the colonial hotel or not (or econo las palmas.) the beach is the restaurant magnique super good too especially the Cuban israel with our server that is so funny by the way he speaks French. they are also very playful. the heat was very good 28 to 35 I believe. the room was always well propres.le smile was present also in use. the lady was really nice public relations it help us a lot. super pool probre propreter Site impecable and really even.

the drinks are good but very limited. bad choice of rooms to be very careful as j al Chatar've seen the saleswomen know much about their product and even very bad. the lack of toilet paper which is abscent as everywhere else in the public toilets of the hotel.

The hotel is very very good location! I could do everything on foot (shopping, dining out, hotel, etc..). The beautiful beach opposite the hotel, unlike other hotels where the beach is very well maintained and configured moin. I'd say it's both good points that would encourage me to return to this hotel! The food is OK, I did not expect better so I'm satisfied. I did not see any bugs, because they use the insecticide every day, I think. So it's a super good because I hate the "bugs" in the South! The animation was great, especially at night in the lobby of the hotel. There were shows and it was very festive. There are many Quebecois, so if you do not find yourself in a second Quebec, forget it :) Personally, I LOVED :)

People at reception are stupid, it's unbelievable. I wanted to ask for things in English and they did not cooperate. In short, if you have problems and you need to talk to them, it's not nice! Also, the maids do not change our towels all the time, even if they are all used ... It's not very pleasant. Also, I always had to look for toilet paper, because it does not leave. So, pretty average service. I have not been lucky for the temperature: I had 2 sunny days in a week ... The rest of the time it was 15 degrees up and it rained. Moral of the story: I go back there in January! I'll bet on the March, I think. Finally, we must "tipper" much power for good service ... But that goes for all!

not much to say just the pe buffet but not onest in quebec so we senfou its not for long when we go there even when etses well and would suck it for nothing or worst places

The service is excellent (when, of course, we leave her in for good service)! The servers are really nice at the buffet! We had reserved our table every day! The food is not great, but there is always something! Cuba is Cuba! Always overcooked food! The a la carte "Cuba" is really excellent! We have dinner at "La Gruta" in the Park Josone. Langoute very big, very unfortunately overcooked! The atmosphere is great and beautiful scenery! Great beach and palapas are spaced! There was always space available! Maleureusement, we just had two good days to enjoy the beach. Cold and windy the rest of the week! We had a room of the Colonial side. Very nice and clean! It had a view on the sea beyond. When we arrived, we had two bottles of water, beer, and cola. There was a fridge. The site is small and very friendly! Very well located in Varadero! Everything is done on foot! So, plenty to do and visit. There are many events and activities to do at the hotel. Every evening, the lobby, there is a group that plays music. Then there is a show. For those who want to continue the party there's the bar "La Calle 62" in front of the hotel. The swimming pool has a nice size and not too cold. Parcontre at the end of the day, water is a little questionable on the banks! A big thank you to Richard and Louise scatters for our week! I hope your week to another side temperature was much better! In summary, I strongly advice this hotel, but down $ 800. Beware of sub for the tip, get out, go to the restaurant and make excurtions! We did the Jeep Safari, very cool!

Wow ... just ... I like hotel ... Not too big, close to everything, okay food to Cuba, sublime sea .. what else ... I am satisfied with my journey. I am the Palma Real and Sirena Coral and it was my favorite hotel among the three. I recommend it without hesitation ... I'll definitely be back.

I had a visitor on my balcony Cuban who wanted to come ... of course he spun when he saw what I'm made ... I made a complaint the next morning ... and I don ' this gentleman saw him again ... and security has greatly increased .... it did not ruin my trip by cons ... I was determined to rest .... Second trip to Cuba. Beautiful beach, beautiful sand, lots of palapas and loungers, lovely pool, good animation, beautiful late-night shows. Smiling and nice. Old room, but clean (some colonial). Seller on the site of the hotel are very very nice and courteous (good price). Located in the city of Varadero. At right out, there is a bank and the rate is better to change our Canadian money. A beautiful park (Josone) with animals is located opposite the bank, it's worth a look. It seems that the Cuban restaurant is delicious and the service is impeccable (5 *) I'm unfortunately not go because of a mishap. Ice cream is excellent and very popular and desserts too, luckily because it was almost my supper!

The buffet is very, very, very ordinary: The pasta is cold and tomato sauce does not taste anything. I vomited the second day probably because of the salad dressing bottle that was not to be cool, or is tap water, because I'd brush your teeth with, there was no bottle of water in the rooms! This is really stupid, no water in the rooms, I had bought two and then fill them every day and go to wear them in the room to brush my teeth without being sick and having fresh water to drink (it should at least provide us with a warning and we keep it all week). Always the same choice at the buffet or almost inedible soup every day. Coffee undrinkable. Fish that tastes mint and bay leaf. Mango that tastes vomit (no joke). Flies everywhere to wander around the food. The juices are not good. Milk is usually curdled. Plastic glasses at the bar (baby size) 2 engorged and the glass is empty, repeat the command line or four at a time. Beach not cleaned (this is me and my boyfriend who faissions cleaning in the morning near our place). There's two Cuban us into the sea to search for gifts! But it's not so bad, it still survives as the sun, sea and beautiful Cuban us forget the food. Anyway, we're not going there to eat at home but there would be room for improvement because everyone chialait about the buffet (Polish-French-Spanish-speakers in Quebec) there's just the Cuban holidays that had the air like the food. I had read the reviews and I thought it was not so bad buffet. There's nothing better than to judge for yourself. Choose a 4 * in Cuba for those who like a higher quality of food, sometimes it's worth paying $ 100 more to eat well.
