Great little hotel clean and very well located in the heart of the city. Warm and friendly staff.

Everything is great, the cleanliness, the staff, the beach location. Exceeds some 4-star Varadero.

Only one restaurant at a map and a reservation a week. No internet.

j liked the hotel very clean, not too many tourists al hotel, bar service, with true ... the beach and drink the water from the sea very nice and clean .... boufe c is the love you cuba or you don not like it ... the room was renovated ... take a room facing the pool as to street sometimes smell gasoline .... I travel 2 times a year for SEVERAL years, I'm loving this small hotel because not too many holiday ...

Great disappointment on several levels at the resort! During our stay, we wanted to be everywhere but here the day and evening, because of the atmosphere and staff.

The maids are extremely nice and the room was carefully done each day. The sea and the beach really nice, but for the sea .. we had to walk long to get water above the knees.

The comfort of the rooms: - We had two beds and springs hurt us in two beds. I even had a scratch on the thigh caused by a spring. - There is no office to file the clothes with the exception of a small drawer in the bedside tables. The large desk in the room also contains a small shallow drawer. The shelf in the closet is made of three pieces of wood, therefore, impossible to drop off our clothes as they fell to the floor. Only 6 hangers for hanging clothes. Our clothes were left in our luggage during our stay. Large holes everywhere between the ceiling and the wall of the patio door and around the patio door through which hundreds of little ants coming and going. The lining of curtains for the opacity was disgusting (torn and dirty). Restoration:-The buffet is miserable for the variety, quality and quantity of food presented. Pieces of melons, tomatoes (when there were), bread and potatoes. Only foods that I ate there. The opening hours of the buffet are also questionable. For the snack, it was only open from 10am to 17 hours to serve hot dog (sausage bread), hamburger (canned ham) and bun topped with cheese was their pizza. Nothing else. A small corner near the snack bar with 5 tables were supposedly designated as the a la carte restaurant, but during our stay, it was open on only one occasion. We booked one night and when we arrived at the time of booking, there was nobody. We have not been notified and when we went to inform us, the answer was that there were not enough people! Same situation happened to another couple during the week. Bar service: There are lobby bar that we can have drinks to drink (coffee-juice-drinks) all day. They serve most drinks in small glasses with clear plastic. Very small (equivalent to half a beer). Even sitting in the bar or on the terrace, they refuse to serve coffee in mugs and drinks in glass cups. Staff for the bar service is not very friendly for the majority and we give a tip or not ... the service is not better. We have witnessed three nights for stays of 7 days. A Cuban dance show on the outdoor stage, a party with a Cuban band inside the lobby bar and an evening with a water ballet in the pool for a period of 30 minutes (very beautiful). No entertainment during the day and for the other nights. Service at the reception: - Can not have a 2nd card to enter the room, fairly flat always chasing the one who has the card in order to go to the room. The front desk girls are so cold and do not show courtesy. We felt disturbing for each board asked. Overall, our bitterness only increased day by day, so we were really looking forward to this place the day after our arrival.

Small hotel conveniently located directly in the town of Varadero. Very clean, simple and pleasant room. Animation, défficiente. We booked for 14 days but have switched hotels after 1 week (mostly because of renovations).

Clean site, with the exception of the corners of public beaches frequented by Cubans. Clean, comfortable room, great shower. Very good service Caribe Sol

Great little hotel. what is interesting is that we are in town directly with the street cubains.sur eaten at several resto.petit cheap buffet but there is always something good to manger.des chairs and palapa sufficient . lot of fish on the waterfront of different size and we even had a chance to see some dolphins not too far into the sea, some jours.pour have water in the fridge and get a second card for worked to the air conditioning when you are away, ask the woman chambre.pour eat lobster ask the homestay host.

in the heart of the city. the hotel has no need to walk a lot, almost all services. great cafes of all kinds, especially Spanish. orange juice at breakfast made with real oranges squeezed. great beach to walk on both sides. very clean, beautiful palm trees, warm and smiling staff.

I will list a lot but it is only little thing. many dogs and cats wandering. no bacon at breakfast. A la carte restaurant quite well but outside with flies, cats and heat. music a bit repetitive. pool bar that closes at 17hr. Cubans on the public beach next weekend which proceed to sea for a trash can. with the renovation of the old party of hotel there is some noise.

In general, we like our trip. We chose this hotel for various reasons as a whole has met our expectations. Our objectives trip when we left, were: to know the life of cubins, visit the city (suburb) of Varadero, enjoy the beach, visit the shallows of the sea, swim with the fish and meet lots of people s 'fun. Everything was perfectly filling. The hotel is: the Chambes, food and staff, responded to what we wanted.

Nothing to mention, just those (tourists) who criticize all just whining. We're on holiday BONYEN ............. negative and pessimistic people abstain.

Nice hotel very well placed in the town of Varadero

The price is reasonable for what you get. The food is pretty good for a three star in Cuba and the staff is friendly.

There were two groups of young people (around 8.9, Ontarians and Quebecois) who screwed up the mess in the hotel during all the week. There have been drunk at all and the entire time they are made ennormément noise both day and night. They are made of vandalism in the hotel and have disturbed all the tourists present. Malgrés numerous complaints of shares of several clients, the hotel has taken no action against them and most of the tourists present we hated their vacation week. For this reason, we never return to this hotel.
