Very nice surprise that Barlovento. Quality / price excellent. First terrific location (10th Street) there are close to everything you need to decorate his stay: restaurants, markets flea, banks, rental cars and scooters and small bars. The site is very nice, not too big and very clean. The staff is courteous but little stressed. For a 3 star and a half in Cuba the food is still good. The two a la carte restaurants are more than fair especially the Mexican.
