Arenas Doradas Hoteles C

We booked for the Cuatro Palmas but we were relocated to Arenas Doradas, that's fine as a hotel, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the site is beautiful, the restaurants are excellent a la carte and buffet also, the reception is pretty fast and the people speak a little French, in general, the service is good except for some (Italian restaurant), it depends on the day!

The hotel reception is rather quiet, a pianist who still plays the same songs, there should be a group of Cuban music for the evening, it would prevent people going out of town. Since we chose a hotel near downtown, we were forced to take taxis (20 CUC round trip) to exit the site which was 10 miles from Calle 62, this is the only thing I regret .

The site is easily a 4 star. However the rooms are a little tired which lowers the rating. However, there is no problem for another room if it is not appropriate. The beach is beautiful and the solicitation is not present. The buffet food is correct and a la carte restaurants are also good. It is useful to use the hotel shuttle or bus to 5 pesos. The trip to Havana is very interesting and the catamaran is unforgettable. Value for money, everything was ok and the sun was at r / v for 2 weeks with temperatures between 26 and 30Celsius.

This is my first trip down south and I'm really disappointed! Our room was very clean with little presents the maid gives a eccellent service. The pool bar is super cool c. The beach and turquoise water on three tones c is magnificent! The site is very clean and safe. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and warm! Trips Colonial Havana, Guama and Jeep Safari are magical moments! And prawns are huge and delicious :)

The journey begins at the gates of the airport PE-T (YUL) ... THE BEACH IS VERY NICE. THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT THE CHOICE IS LIMITED. LEADERS are friendly and not pushy IF YOU WISH TO REMAIN DISCREET. ACTIVITIES ARE THE FUN. THE HOTEL IS ALSO CLEAN ROOMS. HOWEVER THE MATTRESS IS OF POOR QUALITY. AT THIS PRICE, DO NOT BE TOO EXIGANT.

NO RED WINE IN RESTAURANTS BUFFET AND A LA CARTE. IT'S A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU ARE ON VACATION. I HAVE WANTED TO BUY IN STORE FOR THE HOTEL AND THERE HAD NOT EITHER.
