beautiful beach ..

firstly the accueuil is pretty cool if you do not change your money at the hotel because it charges a 3% fee to change our money ... The buffet left much to be desired ... the morning buffet, lunch at the map .. only 2 choix.et evening buffet, but not much choice and fresh leaves has désirer.resto a la carte, with respect to the grill, place your turn .... by the way .. be careful not to use your phone in your room, because even if the line does not ever catch it loads ... even better when taking the phone from the hotel in the accueuil that costs 2 pesos minutes, not like that surprise ... a lot of room with mold ... hotel has strongly discouraged ... thank you ....

The hotel is very close's airport. The staff is very courteous. The beach is wonderful, we could own long walks. We went to the town of Varadero with the hotel shuttle very safe.

Do not stay at this hotel. I was told it was fine, but unfortunately we did not eat our fill of the week. Of 4 restaurants, the Italian has been closed since May, and we went in only two, since we have not been able to book. Tuesday and Thursday all restaurants are closed excepting the buffet. The buffet .... as vegetables, cabbage and carrots, fruit: pineapple, banana (not everyday) and passion fruit, there is nothing else. For coffee, it is ourselves who had to get our coffee at a coffee ..... The room: in the fridge, a bottle of water upon arrival and that's it, no drink. The fridge is empty the rest of the week, and no coffeemaker in the room. We requested a double bed, king, we had a bed 2 beds which made the round .... very uncomfortable .... change room is worse ..... The staff very friendly, there's nobody in uniform working .... Geos drank the same machine draft beer and ended their day in a state .... There is no maintenance by the pool .... Since a child is cut under foot on glass in a stairway to the pool bar .... Person of the hotel has picked up the glass and looked after the child, parents focused first aid. In the morning we could see the glass float in the pool. This is often the tourists who on hearing the opening service servitte who picked up the glasses of the day. The morning service began régulèrement towel with an hour late. Immediately, when we met and the whole group of Quebecers, our representative noted that the hotel was not a 4 star .... She warned us that Cuba is the Cuban Governement that evaluates and gives the star hotels and not the representatives, wholesalers ..... in fact we do not recommend this hotel to anyone you be better off going to a 3 star in the Dominican Republic than to take this hotel ..... Sorry ......

The beach and pool.

Staff at the reception very indifferent to our problems: no air conditioning in our room, the beds are finished so that even in a finished hunting camp in Quebec, they are more comfortable in the room towels not always changed, no beach towel ? It took 3 days until you have 3 but we were 4 people with pesos of course we managed to have a 4 th. (Representative Nolitour not very open to help us) THE RESTAURANTS: The buffet: there was still something: either glasses, bowls to put cereal or simply no juice or no spoons or a cup of coffee not ect .. Overall I think the hotel was simply too full for this staff. What I put a flea in the ear, and although it is for the 4 th day, they offered us a great deal: to the rest of our stay in a 3 ½ in the same chain with a small bonus 50 pesos per person. Bizarre is not it? Well after a week of hell we pay for the hotel and change Cuatro (heaven) vs. Arenas Doradas. 3 stars max for this hotel.

Quiet, relaxing, away from traffic in this period. Allowed us to re-energize! The beach is beautiful!

The hotel should instead be classified 3 *. Little evidence received upon arrival. A plan of the hotel would include appreciated! It is important to go to the first morning meeting with the representative. Also, staff is in no hurry to answer you ... We found an almost unconscious young woman (died from alcohol) extended to the middle of the hallway leading to the restaurant and it was only after two requests that an employee went to get help. We ask, please water, ice, a towel, get someone ... The young woman was unresponsive. I was shocked to see that after the first request, the employee still sweeping. But other tourists stopped to help us and the young woman eventually returned quietly knowledge, after a lot of stimulation. If we were not passed, would they have left there?

SEA AND BEACH LOVELY

The hotel is not worth 4 STARS. CLEANLINESS is poor. NOT ENOUGH SHADOW ON THE BEACH. Difficulty obtaining OWN TOWELS. RESERVATION OF RESTAURANTS RESTREIGNANTS. STAFF AND PRETTY LITTLE COLD BUFFET SERVICE (THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I SEE IT IN CUBA) Please REVOYER THE NUMBER OF STARS FOR THIS HOTEL!

Wow, what a wonderful 14 day trip! The hotel was very clean, the staff works very hard to maintain the general appearance of the site. the pool is new and very well maintained. The room was spacious, yet we were with our two daughters aged 8 and 14 years. The air conditioning running so good we had to sleep with a light blanket (We were in 300). The maid was incredibly kind and most of the staff of the hotel. The beach is well maintained, the sand is fine and the turquoise blue sea. Although somewhat redundant, the buffet is very acceptable, many choices of pasta salad, you can always find something to put in their mouths (I would put a 7.5 but can not for evaluation). The a la carte restaurant are impressive! The Natura (International) and the restaurant seafood are the best choice not to be missed. The Jeep Safari is a really nice trip to do!! The drinks are all the LOBBY BAR to learn .... and we are served in glasses of glass. The atmosphere is very nice for cocktails and liqueurs.

The kids club is really "pocket"! The lady who cares really does not seem motivated by his work, most of it does not show up multiple times for the mini disco without warning! When one mentions the hotel website that animation is unobtrusive .. it really means DISCREET! Booking a la carte restaurants is lousy, you must report at 15:30 at the reception to book the next day. The lady has started taking bookings at 16.00, but if it comes at this hour there, there's already a queue of people waiting.

in our all-inclusive nor drink in the fridge all stay staff very cold meals ca no variety is not worth the 4 star class but rather 2stars ps. months to March 2008 I went to punta cana j saw the difference for me was not to advise.

Not a drop of rain for one week, only a few clouds from time to time. The beach is superb. The resort is pretty well kept and the staff courteous. The vegetation is beautiful. The pool is nice but the water temperature is too hot. Coffee in the lobby bar is excellent.

Do not forget your washcloths because there are not one! The a la carte meals and not difficult to obtain unless the extra Natura was good in the opinion of other holiday but we have not managed to book. The pizzeria was closed for renovation. The buffet is not very varied ... the same thing. There is not enough umbrella on the beach. There are birds that vollent very close to the sustenance that is not protected.

For the price, an excellent choice. No luxury, apart from the beach, is included in the package.
