although quaint hotel is very clean and the sea view is beautiful despite the small rooms. The food is good although very varied.

Cleanliness very good and the staff very friendly. The place is very beautiful. Several Cuban frequent this place which adds to the charm of the place.

Beverage choices a bit limited

Great for the price / quality ratio. pesonnel polished clean and welcoming. Well as 20 minutes from Havana and free shuttle bus in the morning if not red peso CUC $ 5 roundtrip. There are a lot of prostitution, but everyone does his business. Next to the hotel rent a motor 20 cuc pesos per day ... brand new motorbike this year.

The a la carte restaurant very good but open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights only. Osmani server very attentive and super professional.

Ordinary food but OK for those who do not go there for the food but still cold because do not operate the stove so you have dining room open soon. No beer at the bar in canneté (cons by a vending machine outside a hotel for 1 peso CUC) but was only at the bar and reso. No special drink at the bar.

This is my second time at this hotel and I'm satisfied.

Close to Havana,half an hour free chuttle only at 9.30 returning at 13.00 Taxi costs 15 cuc. Suitable for those who want to combine swimming in the sea and walking in Havana.

What was good:
1) There was always hot and cool water, the pressure was strong, despite the 5th floor.
2) The food was healthy and tasty cooked.Vegetables 4-6 types: cabbage, beet, carrot, cucumber, pumpkin, fruits 2-3 varieties almost always, meat, fish, chicken always. Just take care of tomatos, sometimes they was spoilt.
3) The weather all 2 weeks-perfect
4) The sea-only one gellyfish was met, but a big one, like a big plate. I saw it few times but not every day, as I always swim wearing swim glasses, I saw it in advance
5) The sea water was very clean and warm, but only till 11, kayaking is very pleasant also.
6) Beautiful view from the window on the sea, convenient to watch sunrises and sunsets
7) Receptionists all are very helpful. Pleasant staff.

Bad things.
1) In the weekend comes a huge number of people, drink rum and beer on the beach and even in the sea, smoking, screaming, throw sand, throw bottles, cans and cigarette butts right on the sand and in the sea. The ugly spectacle, noisy, crowded and dirty. On the beach there are no toilets and showers, so cubans use instead of the toilet sea and bushes. The smell of sewage.
2) The door of my room 520 is swollen from the water and close with difficulty.

4) The 317 room had a mattress all torn, scamp with small insects running on it.
5) Couldn't sleep because of a very big noise made by water falling down from the air conditions of the upper floors.The employee was not able to solve the problem and said that it is a defect in design, all clients of the hotel are complaining about that. Then I asked to change the room for the 5-th floor. Receptionists offered me another one as soon as it was available.
6) Room 520 – small insects run on the walls, on the floor and on the sink.
7) Walls are mouldy in the room, terrible smell. Plaster falled down everywhere.
8) Very noisy, under the windows constantly are a few of the taxi and taxi drivers talking from early morning until late at night. Passing buses and cars are often given a horn.
9) Air conditioning old and noisy, had to turn off at night so it was quiet.
10) There was no remote control at the TV. I asked the maid-she found one.
11) In the corridors and even in the dining room were cockroaches cucarachas several times.

Entretenu Goes Wrong

Here based on the fact that it is a 2 * I knew at the outset that the purpose of my trip was not the hotel but the price (2 weeks holiday in construction) and the proximity of the Havana. I got what I paid for and above my expectations were for a 2 *. 4th bedroom minimalist facing the sea Air conditioning perfect. Bathroom very clean. General appearance good. Staff can smiling. Tip omnipresent but not necessary. Yes of old man (and yes ladies also) in sex or lack of company to make payment if the deals with young Cuban (Cuban) in cash-strapped. Yes it is very present but I have not found it particularly offensive. It's rather funny even used the approach of both sides.
