Cheerful staff. Places clean and safe. Perfect with children; very family place. Group 8, no problem to sit together at buffets (large tables of eight available). What a great week! High temperature and sometimes too hot for our taste. Humidity with the factor 40 C. This was our second visit to this hotel and we came back very satisfied. We went with our parents and very satisfied with the service. This is a very large complex but with a proper system of golf cart. Our parents were very happy with this service. Given our second visit we had a gala dinner on the part of the management team ... WOW ... with champagne reception and dinner on the beach with three services. In fact the champagne was available everywhere. All the restaurants are excellent a la carte. After several trips to Cuba and in five-star hotel that deserves its stars ... and more! Oh! What a great trip! We were on our first trip south ds my spouse and I have been adored and Verily. The site is Playa Pesquero great little walk but it takes a few minutes. Great trip!! 6 adults, 2 children (4 and 2 years). Superb temperature. Very beautiful landscape (site and beach). Beautiful beach and sea. Buffet and excellent restaurants for Cuba, good variety at the buffet and several choices of restaurants for dinner and supper. Mini-club and mini disco at night for the children very well. Staff very courteous and friendly. Even if the site is great everything is well located and spends a lot of shuttles.
