Great site. Very well maintained. Ask for a room close to the lobby to be brisk walking distance of all services.

Positive :

Very good resort for families and couples. Very safe and well maintained. Very friendly and engaging staff. Food much improved compared to our visit in 2011.

This place should be a 5 Star Hotel!
Lots of British people so their comments are a little biased (taking into account they took a plane ride for 15 hrs so they might expect more). They are very friendly and there's so many of them you think you're in a hotel in London!!

Positive :

Wow! I was there on the week of April 20 to 27th 2013 and it was perfect! I recommend this place to everyone. The beach was amazing, no rocks, no corals, just sand (or at least nothing important to notice. It's my 4th trip to all inclusives including Cancun so I know about rocks).
The people are friendly, the hotel is big enough not to be bored (many places to see) and the food is great.
The swim up bar (one of my favorite features) is never crowded and the barmen can make any drink you want, they are very knowledgeable.
I went with my gf and she was blown away. The comments here were positive and I agree.

Negative :

The only negative side was maybe the fact that at the buffet there is very little food ready to be just taken to your table. Most stuff is great but has to be cooked by a cook....but the line moves fast (three at a time).
The 2e minor issue is the fact that is a family hotel so lots of kids and few single people, but again...nothing to ruin your trip.
