We had a wonderful time. We loved the concept of this hotel. Although it is a 3 star that's fine. Section is the most beautiful section of Villa, but most bruillante buggalow very well because the stage performances is in the center of housing but it is perfect for people who enjoy the fiesta! and closer to the beach although the main building are Atlantico villas near the beach too. The buggalow are also very short distance up 7-8 minutes on foot. The ocean view room in Atlantico number 2041 is fine. We will return to this place without hesitation. The food is naturally Cuba Cuban a la carte restaurant is the best. The buffets not terrible but there is a good pizzeria on site La Playa el Restaurente and snack bar on each of the three parts of the site we troubleshoot very well. We can do an hour of Carriage for 15 pesos ask Louis speaks French and gives us much information, there are also el Senor Jose who is very friendly but speaks only English and Spanish. The site is very clean and there are plenty of vegetation is a very beautiful landscape. There is also a small craft flea market on the site near the beach and also two small shopping center containing little but it gives us something to do in Guardalavaca because it is a fairly quiet place that is not such as Varadero. Buy your liquor starting at the airport as the prices are better than in the city or the site. We do not travel in a 3 stars especially not in cuba, but I would go again in a heartbeat ... we were in the holiday season ... we've had better service ...??? we were 4 people and the verdict was unanimous for everyone ... and good food side I must say that I have not eaten worse than a 4 stars ... We, our room was just great with a living room and two bathrooms ... but they our friends in a tiny room but very clean ... it's really weird that there are hotel rooms and other funky downright rotten ... so why do I recommend it to chickens luxury because there are who have booked a villa and we had a little shabby room ... so you really get ready in his head that maybe the room will be disappointing ... but I repeats still own ... at least that we saw! finally if you have an open mind and a good price go book ... it's been going 15 times I go to Cuba

This hotel lacks a lot of organization to check in and out That we lost the entire first day because we have changed 5 times Room. Great site, great buffet and a snack bar then 24, near the villages and small market, beautiful place and opportunity to go snorkeling right from the beach.

Cubans want tjs the tip, you pay not you pick up with what's left (chairs, kayaks, service, etc.) noise day and night, throughout the site. No tourist class (must see to believe) obsolete Hotel not clean

We apreciated our Christmas in Holguin. we got for what we paid. The reviews we read were just so no surprises. great family spot, perfect for family holidays. Intolerant, refrain.

Exceptional temperature. Our Sunwing representative Carlos is very dedicated. Friendly and courteous staff mostly. Clean vegetation and outdoor spaces beautiful full color. Fantastic beach but a bit short for walking, possibility of scuba gear. We went with our 8 year old daughter and the kids club is very well organized shame that we discovered this at the end of our stay. There are three buffets and three a la carte restaurants and a few bar snacks, we have tried all except the Italian restaurant and although the choice is somewhat limited we could find something different and good. At the beach there is a bar 24 hours pay which serves excellent mojitos $ 2 try this!

Poor organization, upon arrival we were upgraded to a villa (ns had a room in the economic section, bunkers of the army) and we asked to keep an extra cost of 10 CUC per day and the response we have been IMPOSSIBLE, we had to move the next day and we heard throughout the trip, NOT POSSIBLE to have own beach towels, NOT POSSIBLE to get a reservation at Italian restaurant even when it was empty, NOT POSSIBLE to have an extra bed before 3 days of our stay, we had two beds, including one broken in two and we were 3 people but eventually the weather was by appointment and we had fun. By choosing a 3 * with the Economic Chamber we did not expect the luxury of the Chateau Frontenac then we thoroughly accommodated, it is old but clean, I think that Cuba is Cuba and I love this place so if I return to this hotel I would take the Villa section.
