Super temperature, even at night. Beautiful site, beautiful vegetation. Attractive bungalows and villa's side everything is close. Many restaurants, especially the El Patio Villa side that I loved ... even a la carte service in the morning and so well located. We can do snorkeling directly in front of the hotel and / or nearby. Gardens and landscaping well maintained.

Ordinary food, even the a la carte restaurants. Beach with algae and coral paper, but normal, since one can do snorkeling. Few palapas but mature trees in sufficient quantity, especially for early risers. Regular evening entertainment.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and intentioned. Beautiful site, beautiful beach. Music "boom-boom" always present, if you like it, it will be but we liked least, against our teenagers loved the atmosphere.

Hotel of a certain age but very well maintained and clean. Staff buffets and restaurants were the max to give very good service and ensure that we be satisfied. Well-maintained beach, enough seats in the shade and main pool clean.

The sea is beautiful, too much algae and difficult to swim and be it pleasant. The bar staff and restaurant grill by the beach Foute our mouth completely. During our two weeks at this hotel, many Cubans on vacation believing any permit were happy to pass tourists in the queue, threw their trash on the beach, sea and in the pool and shouted to loudly all day! Unpleasant and sad disappointment to the cube because we love these people. Music so strong that most people do "toffaient" not the show and returned to their rooms. To top it all, beggars on the beach using their children for either under or that we would seek their meals at lunch and dinner. We do not recommend this hotel at all unless very low prices and for people who do not care about noise.

Very nice big rooms Villa side (I think it's worth ...). Staff very friendly and helpful ... Beautiful weather despite hurricane season (first week of September, 10 minutes of clouds throughout the week!) Bouffe still correct (that is Cuba, but better than other 4 stars that I had already done). Pasta bar, lunch buffet, the restaurant El Patio spag, pizza from the grill do the job ...! Beautiful beach. In short, a wonderful week with a value more than satisfactory ... I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax a week without it costing them an arm and head, while remembering that for food, Cuba is Cuba!

What a disappointment that Brisas. But our experience turned out well since we have changed locations. We were on our fifth trip to Cuba. We spent one day and it was plenty. Upon our arrival, we feel like dealing with amateurs. The one that told us at the reception did not seem to be an employee as we usually see. We lived in a villa rather than a room. Overall, it was pretty good though the couch was severely damaged. But when we saw the beach and the sea, what a disaster! The sea is not one we usually see. To the point that we were reluctant to swim. The water was green (probably algae) and the beach damaged by a hurricane in 2008 we were demoralized from the start. We tried the grill near the main pool. 1 hour wait for during the weekend, Cubans may occur. And they have not missed their mark. At the bar next to the grill, we did not care about us. Not friendly and nomchalants. On Sunday evening, we tried the buffet ... another disappointment. We all know the famous saying Cuba is Cuba but there's a limit. My girlfriend and I are not too difficult but this was too much, you do not find something passable. It was awful. Ditto for breakfast Monday morning. The second pool, that of the villa, was not maintained. The water was dirty. No atmosphere. Without tourists, some restaurants and the 2nd room buffet were closed. Monday at 1:00 p.m., we rencontions Isber the Sunwing representative that face our disappointment was efficacicité out a pair. But praise for him. We proposed the Sol Rio de Luna y Mares in Guardalavaca. 10 minutes from there. How wonderful! The beach, the sea, the site, vegetation, staff and the buffet. What a great discovery after this bitter disappointment. And all for the same price. But there had been a real 4 stars. Avoid this place at all costs what the Brisas Guardalavaca. I assure you. It's not worth the 4 stars but rather allocated a star. Terrible.

The buffet food is very good and varied. The a la carte Italian restaurant is very good. The buffet service and in restaurants is excellent, all staff (almost) splits into four to please us. Hotel very well kept and clean although a bit old. In general, the entire hotel staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. Always a good breeze is welcome in warmer weather ... Enough seats in the shade on the beach to take a break from the sun.

Premises coming to the beach to beg for using in their children, we regularly ask them to go get some food for lunch and dinner. BUT WORSE!: Cubans who come home on vacation are rude and arrogant towards customers and staff, do not hesitate to push our chairs in the shade for stowing on us (that's for sure they arrive at 24:00), shout it out loud and believe that everything is possible ... The music during the shows is so strong that it ruins the beauty of the show! Many customers as we did not stay until the end because of this problem. In short, although the staff is great, the food is excellent, the hotel is very clean, these are major irritants that we do not recommend this hotel. It's unfortunate but many people have made the same point as us. Finally, we found rather amusing the fact that there were several security guards and none of them responded by seeing a Cuban get a bracelet (like the other hotel guests) and get some food and drink for 10 people who accompanied WITHOUT strap and it all day ... Prices for this hotel are likely to escalate if it goes well!

First trip with our children (7 years and 12 years). We loved the experience. Not much is négatif.Cuba Cuba (proper food) perhaps the pool villa section which left something to be desired cleanliness issue.
