This was our first trip it difficult to compare but the hotel is gorgeous and has an interior dimension. Despite its 900 rooms, it does not stack on the feet in the lobby. Employees are generally friendly (not all but that's like anywhere). The activities are interesting and for those who like to party, we find our account.

Negative :

The food! We are not inherently difficult but the food in Cuba is quite ordinary. The buffet is quite varied but all tasted the same. The a la carte restaurants are better without. This is the only reason we rethought our choice to return to Cuba.
