The building is luxurious. The gardens are beautiful. Nice pool and the beach is superb and the sea water which is crystal clear. It looks like a gigantic swimming pool. The room is spacious with a walk-in. The bathroom is spacious. It was generally very clean. Despite my negative comments, we are ready to return.

The service and food is poor. Staff not too friendly and smiling. We seem to bother them or they feel forgotten. They can often pass us without asking us if we want something to drink (the bar or buffet). It falls in the dark if you do not lift a finger. The sweater was necessary in restaurants (air conditioning in the carpet). Maid service can have the room of forgotten change of towels or a lack of water bottle ..... The food lacks flavor, spice or spices for flavor. Being choosy nature, my taste buds have died of pleasure in eating. For a 5-star, I think this side is improving. Their seafood is lobster then it's in my tastes. Good restaurant a la carte Italian, Asian restaurant and fruit Wed For the buffet, Renewal course is rare. Lack of varieties. If you go to the place, it's a beautiful place but if you want excellent service and food worthy of 5 stars, you will be disappointed. We have not done excursion. There is no animation. Lack of palapas to beach. Its a little bit before reaching the beach dépendemment or you are in the complex. Lack of chairs at the pool. In the evening, the lobby level and at the lobby bar, lack of space to sit again. I think I have forgotten nothing.

Yep this is my 4th time at this same hotel since opening in 2006. It's not because I did not go elsewhere instead, I went to Riviera Maya Valentin, the Gran Palladium Colonial Punta Cana and the Gran Bahia Ba. But I always come back to this beautiful Hotel Royal Hideaway. The employees are great, the quality of the rooms with a walk in a lot of storage, the cleanliness, the site itself and what to say in this range that I have ever experienced. This is a bay with sand so fine and so white that even at noon under the big sun you do not burn your feet .... For food and good is better that a lot of hotels in Cuba, but it's still Cuba. By cons I never lost weight during my week and my by it's very good. Restore the Asian and Italian are my favorites. Very very beautiful site, plant variety, flowers galore, no mosquitoes, meticulously maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly. The beach and the sea, where there is no wind, is a real dream: white sand and turquoise water. The hotel interior is grandiose lobby, has open area is all marble, with sofas and large bouquets of lilies that smell good. The room is located in bangallow of 12. They are clean and functional. There's feather duvets. The pools are immaculate and original. Drinks are very good. Excellent service. Occupational health center (massages and spa).

The food buffet is pocket. The beds are uncomfortable. Place too quiet for my taste, lack of Cuban music, too unassuming staff. I felt parfoit be in a place for people in recovery.

C, is a fine hotel, but very very tranquille.Sans animation.La no food is ok, nothing more. Lobster is hard enough, but the BBQ chicken nuggets at the pool are very drinks are excellents.Les bonne.Tous the performances are almost identical, night after night, they are the same danseurs.Les rooms are beautiful and spacious and Concierge is very bien.J 'had bought a last minute $ 1,100, but I don, would not pay $ 1,400 or more for this hotel! Very nice, classy, ??very clean, well maintained luxurious room. Lot of vegetation on the site of the hotel. Tranquility assured. Great beach, we can go the distance. We never run out of palapas. Given that we are in Cuba, the food is excellent whether in the buffet or a la carte restaurants. The concierge (Yvon) has been very helpful, always present to inform us and see the well-being of its customers. The staff is very friendly and available. Transportation by Air Transat is impeccable.

The nouriture no variety. At the hotel staff does not speak French. It seemed to be wanted by management. So if you do not spoke English or Spanish it becomes more difficult to communicate ... Transport small cars on the site are numerous and fast so beware. The shows ... Here are the weak point of this hotel. Always the same thing and it's very amateur and it's a shame because the venue is very well designed. On the beach or pool there is the perennial problem of people who reserve chairs or palapas by leaving their beach towels but do not come ... Like what nothing is perfect ...

Really quite a hotel, was our 4th trip c in Cuba and c is the finest hotel of Cuba date we have made exceptional site if you like walking because c is very large and beautiful. Very luxurious room and what about the concierge service is c great, room service number one. The different pools are very very nice and staff very friendly faithful Cubans and many are doing in French :-) 2 ranges available and Megano Ensenachos which I think is the most beautiful of the two a la carte restaurants are also not very well missed the Asian cook for the show The buffet is also good but too small so I think what often causes a Queue If you seek peace and relaxation you will be served a wonderful Always chairs available on the beach but this is not the case for the pool to conclude we loved our visit to this hotel
