Staff friendly and speaks French, the buffet there is always something for everyone with lots of choices, site is very big and clean.

The entertainment was not very long and it finished early and there was too much waiting between the show and the opening of the disco so people go to bed instead of going for a ride ...

Beautiful place, beautiful beaches, perfect for a couple or a family, good food in general but the downside is that the rooms are very ordinary.

The beach and sea are magnifiques.Assez chairs for everyone no matter what time we arrived at the beach. The oriental restaurant is very good ..... we went twice. The shows are interesting for both adults and children. An important asset to this hotel, cotton candy and donuts in the evening!! The banana boat, catamaran and snorkeling are WOW! There are many young people aged 18 to 25 th you to decide if this is what you are looking or not.

The rooms do need to refresh but are still clean. It still lacks something in the bar either: grenadine, amaretto glasses etc. ..... but we are on vacation so do not worry too much. Be careful if you go to the city of Moron ... they are waiting for us as tourists $ $ $ $ example: a woman has jumped almost to give us a flower but you must give money!!

The incredible range. The art of getting up after a party of 500 Ontario students who celebrated the day before. The buffet, the Italian restaurant, Thai and small pizzeria to the beach. The animation. The cleanliness of swimming pools, despite the traffic. The custom animation in the a la carte restaurants: Aznavour, Brel, etc ..., effort appreciated. Staff effort to move us if disappointment on our part. For the money ($ 729) - no regrets.

Rooms on the ground floor may have smells or mold due to storms that propel water at the base of hotels, feel free to request a room change - prefer the block 10 for cleanliness and tranquility but beware, the bar closes at 16 h 30, then you should plan ahead or walk to stock up. The smell to go to the buffet - the site is installed on standing water - smell for us, indescribable, but we toured the hotels around us to get an idea of ??the quality of the island, and .. . smell and standing water everywhere - especially in NH: terrible! Conclusion: TRYP: the most beautiful beach atmosphere and ... but do not pay too much ...

Very nice hotel in general. Well maintained. The rooms were very correct in my opinion, after all, it is in Cuba to the beach and not for the rooms. It was very comfortable inside (firm beds and air conditioning). Great beach with white sand and shelter, not palm. For lunch, you can choose between the restaurant which is near (I'm not sure how apeller) or the pizza restaurant. Both are very good. At first, you can choose between fish, fried calamari, pasta, sausages, salads. Second, what are pizza of all kinds, but go ahead either earlier or later because it is very popular. When we are arrived, we were told that we had allowed only two restaurants in the map because the hotel was full, but for 2 pesos, we were treated to a third. So we try twice the international restaurant and an Italian restaurant once. Both were excellent and very friendly servers. There was not much shipping available (anyway, we were not really interested in doing), but if you want to snorkel, no need to pay to go on a boat that will take you there. At about 200 meters into the sea in front of the restaurant "General" of the south, there is a small coral reef and thousand of fish. The buffet is excellent too, there are a lot of variety. In the evening you can do to make pasta with the sauce and ingredients you want. There are a lot of animation to the main pool all day. In the morning, arrive early to reserve your beach chairs.

In the lobby of the hotel, where there is the bar 24, there is a stinking tired from time to time, it does not really bother me because I did not go there to go to the buffet, and evening during performances, it does not smell. Also, the dryer did not work in our room, but the hair dries so quickly in the sun it does not change anything :)

The beach is exceptional, just why it's worth it! The staff is also great for most sympatic. If you give any tips, they will do what you want, if you do not tipez, some are less courteous. The buffet is excellent though repetitive and a la carte restaurants very good (particularly Italian). The partying at the beach are great and filled with people of Quebec! This hotel is a very young, people are about 18-25 years on average, so it's great for partying.

The room is clean, but deserves rejuvenation. Otherwise, little odor but I was not really bothered.

I went to the Tryp with my best friend and I loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the place was beautiful and the activities were really fun! There were bcp bcp Quebecers and Ontarians with whom it was the fun of partying and socializing :) I would not go to this place to rest, but to party and have fun c ' is guaranteed! Everyone is super friendly over there! I go back tomorrow morning without any hesitation! This was my first trip ds a 4 star and without my parents, usually with my parents we travel ds the much more expensive hotels like the Atlantis in the Bahamas or ilesturquoises and ste-lucie, I made 20 trips to the beyond ds the south with my family and I count the trip to tryp top of my list! This is a perfect trip level for money! I had concerns about food, but I did not have any at this level the problement! We even liked it! :) I recommend this hotel to young people who want to have fun :) I would also like to clarify that the air conditioning in our room worked very well and that the household was VERY VERY well done but in my opinion :)

The rooms are rather old and we put flip-flops in the shower, they are parfoit foul odors and it was very difficult to get served at the bar!
