In general I liked the site, but I find it too big for my taste. I found the place very well maintained, service is prompt and courteous to make some repairs or to answer our questions. We see that this hotel has employees of esperience. The rooms are clean but the one we had was on the first level and you could see the damage of the last oragans. The bathroom was poor not because it was not clean but by unrepaired damage. What I like least is the fact that it's too big and human contact is very limited. I travel probably only in the future and it's not a place I would like gone. I enjoyed The Santa Lucia hotels. I will look for more places that offer the same price in person only.

As for me of what I've seen the other hotel, we had the most beautiful. Own. The staff is friendly. The drink flowed freely. The internet is well, do not expect high speed but it is reasonable ... 6 Cuban pesos for 1 hour. 3 pesos for 30 min. The beach is fantastic, the water is beautiful. The sand is soft but the beach is not wide and sometimes they have difficulty in removing algae on the edge. For a few pesos you can pay for a Cuban that offers the best chairs for the next day and it will even remove the sand above. My Cons: Difficulty eating ... it's not good unless you like seafood and fish. The a la carte restaurants is not too strong. The meat of the weird looking ... The best place I've eaten pizza is the restaurant on the beach. Ask Julio as a server ... and for a few pesos you will have a service flat out and plus it's fun! The pond that surrounds the lobby is disgusting in smell. It's clean but it stinks not possible ... system pump to circulate the water would be worthwhile. The Happys hours on the pool could be fun if the "GEOS" would stop talking and would just music ... too blah for nothing. Do not miss one of sunscreen because no.4 for 13 pesos it's expensive (about $ 15-16 Canadian) Do not be afraid of "dealer" in the stores except for cigars and drinks. In general, I liked the place but I could not wait to go back to eating well. Bring your snacks just in case. Very nice trip I travel for over twenty years and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, nouriture excellent, beautiful beach, room average for good service south excurtion sailing a day to remember not to miss the whole I'm really meet these criteria would return immediately without hesitation. I really loved this hotel except the room definitely needs rénovations.Pour the food a la carte restaurant perfect, I made the international, Italian and oriental my favorite.
