Typical small hotel locates very close to the sea, everything is clean and the atmosphere is a detente.La the beach is not long but is quite beautiful, there is unfortunately no ombre.Il there were sports on place, but all the excuses were good that we can use (vis a vis rocks or they are given, too many waves etc..) we could not use the semaine.Nous had a nice room. The buffet was small but acceptable, given that we are in Cuba and the size of the hotel. There was no annimation in the day and quelques'unes soiree.Petit advice, keep your jewelry in a safe place.

Small hotel more like a 3 *. Quiet place (48 rooms) so ny not go for the partying and night life! GOs are doing what they can but not many people so if the few people present did not participate, the atmosphere is quite calm. ;-) By cons, for a vacation "relaxed", I recommend not hesitate to those who wish to travel south for a reasonable price. Not long but beautiful beach. Very convenient. Buffet but okay. You can also go by taxi al Oasis Playa (20 pesos roundtrip). Worth, c is very good. You pay for a 3 * and if you want, you can spend your days without charge (except taxi) which is at Playa 4 *! Not bad right??

Very quiet complex. Assured peace. The beach is beautiful. Everything is close to the room. Few steps to go to the beach or at the restaurant. Personal cold at first, but quickly becomes warm when you're nice to them. Little variety in food, but this is normal given the 48 rooms. It was very edible as the snack bar, buffet and a la carte restaurant. The complex is starting to get a little run, but there have been hurricanes last fall ... Our room was not the cleanest, but it seemed an isolated case, since the other rooms were fine. Of course the hotel welcomes not only 80 people at the same time so do not expect the diverssité of a hotel with 300 rooms, however you will never line up to eat. As everywhere whether Cuba, the Republic, Mexico and even here in Quebec wary of profiteers, do not buy cigars or trinkets on beaches, in terms of reciprocity with the Playa, we consider that the detour by the Playa hotel is rubbish Lots too big and impersonal, no a la carte restaurant, like that of Villa by the way, and the Japanese restaurant is not available for the people of Villa. At Playa impossible to find a quiet corner, a lot too crowded, very noisy and the decor is poor vegetative.

A perfect place for rest ... the staff is super friendly ... be it was the dining room, bar, band animation, or reception. Our room was completely impectable always clean and we were on the ground floor room in 1701 and 1702. not really animated in the day ... the whole world is at Oasis Playa, really a big missing the Buffet shit on it .... no way to have a waffle or pancakes for breakfast ... eggs, bacon not cooked a bad style sausages weird ... bad luck for butter have y'en missing all the time!! Even one of the dancers tell us that the food is terrible ... really no choice ... Pork Pork worse ....

First, it is not a 3 star! We started from December 28 to January 4. Employees working in 16h online since there were more tourists than usual. When asked for something, we did respond with a long sigh, and look silly a few words in Spanish .... they are really bothered! No drink specials. Beer, rum punch, rum and Coke ... but no or almost exotic drink. They ran out of beer .... he had to wait for the beer to cool down before taking it. Hotel full of potential but not operated properly. Everything is outdated. No water!! We arrived and there was no water at all in the room. The receptionist told us there was a water problem and that everything would be restored within a few hours. We managed to have COLD WATER for washing and thereafter, no water until after 11am. There are people who were there for 2 weeks and it seems that it's the same every day ... no hot water at all in our section but it really depends on the section where you are for water hot. . The food! We are not usually difficult. But here there are limits! Breakfast buffet. The buffet opens at 19h ... if you were arriving at 19.30 ..... nothing they did not meet! No choice ..... a little salad, fruit, 3 courses including shrimp, pork or chicken or beef rice st .... One night, spaghetti with remaining meatballs hamburger lunch! Small dining room ..... at the bar, there was pizza to troubleshoot! We ate because it was necessary .... They say we can eat at the Oasis Playa Coco .... it costs 5 pesos to get there by city bus. But the last bus is at 17:50 so if you want to go, you gotta take a ride back. There are a couple who had asked their taxi at 20:30 and it never came! Playa and is 8 km from the Villa! To be sure of getting a taxi, you must take the round trip (20 pesos!). It is expensive to have dinner! No free shuttle buses, you have to pay to get out of the hotel. The day, everyone left .... nothing to do! So if you count all the money you spend to get out of this hotel, you're better off paying a little more expensive but not staying here. Everything happens at the Oasis Playa .... The room ..... na na! Full of ants in ours. I do not recommend this trip to anyone! You will be disappointed! You're better off paying a little extra and stay at Oasis Playa .... much more beautiful and very nice buffet and 3 a la carte restaurants. Excursions ..... phew! If you want to swim with the dolphins, it's 4:30 bus so forget that! And others, several cancellations due to lack of person .... difficult to predict a tour and be sure it'll work. there are no a la carte restaurant on site but we have access to the playa, but exactly the same food, a very small buffet but we were about 20 people so it can not do a buffet for 1,000 people .. more to get it costs about 30 pesos ... the buffet was missing a few choice ... but it was very personal because each meal he had at moin 2 or3 choice of main meal and jai always find something to eat, towards the end of the week, he nont not clean the beach, which mas decus.pour just the price we paid it was a good deal.

Arrived March 30, 2008. Welcomed by the people at the hotel. We had a small problem with our room. The air conditioning was not working, no support and no shower curtain and two beds simples.À the next meeting with the representative, we talked about 3 hrs and PM, we were relocated to another room facing the sea with queen bed, everything worked. The staff was very courteous to us and we say thank you again. All hotel employees are super nice and friendly. Went to Playa Pilar with the local bus. Beautiful beach 45 minutes from the hotel. Worth the trip. Quebec have met charming. We take this opportunity to greet Monique!

A downside of this hotel is on the food. Is not likely difficult, we still subvenus our needs but having already attended the 3 * hotels, we can say that there would be room for improvement in the diversity of dishes. It was still pretty much the same thing every day. They should bring one or two toasters in the morning (the waitress should always go to the "heat" in the oven in the kitchen). Also, we were entitled to eat at the Oasis Playa (which is supposedly next in the brochures) which is finally to 10 minutes by taxi ($ 20 round trip). The Villa should offer a shuttle that goes directly to this hotel 3 or 4 times / day.
