Very nice hotel, very welcoming staff like, eating the very good restaurant a la carte choices as merveillieux, very safe place as people are forced to speak French, my second time CETS me alone and every time I leave with a memory very pleasant, even for one moment of reflection its worth, I never regret and jy back again this winter.

apart from having the cloth slightly damp j have no points negative to say.

Sunwing has a lot of love to put in his mini suites curtains, the windows are heavily soiled bedding is very poor, we must meet with the bedspread that was not too clean

After reading the comments before the trip, I really was dreading the worst. Many people denigrated the service, accommodation, food, excursions, etc.. However, we experienced quite the opposite during the week of January 21 to 28.

Warm welcome from the start. Pleasant surprise on arrival in the room: clean, with a fair amount of room to move, terrace with table and chairs. Daily care with impeccable bar filled all the time (two local beers, two soft drinks and bottled water). To be sure of being restored to every day, bring your beer to the beach and your water bottle). As for on-site services, the staff worked hard to make our job easier (jabbering a little French, but understanding). Pa on too achalant pesos (you give them to your liking and to suit your mood. In terms of animation on the site, it is no more correct. The dancers are excellent. The evening shows sooner and more young people can go have fun in the cave to dance. One can not ignore the fact that cooking meat and fish unfortunately leaves much to be desired. Sometimes overcooked (beef and chicken) sometimes they are not enough (the bacon and fish). Finally, when making your reservations for a la carte meals, take the first diners, you are less likely to end up with meat that has been heated for more than three to four hours.

A week of January 21 to 28 with my 2 teenagers 16 and 18. Hotel was super clean. Upon arrival, we had no or little hot water and low pressure in the shower as well as ants, I talked to my representative and the problem resolved the same day and check in later.

Beautiful beach, great animation with various performances and funny. Very clean. Meals a la carte restaurants with very good

The staff is smiling slightly, and despite some service tips. Sand fleas, I scratch all week. The cold buffet and little change, except meat and pasta bar, excellent. The drinks, they are the ones they want, does not always taste the same and sometimes refuses to do what you ask

Have some difficulty in fulfilling the mini bar has daily (often lack of beer) but other than that pretty much everything is ok! A la carte restaurant a bit disappointing as worse than the buffets.

Assault on the beach by a ball gets wet sand, on our heads, during a peaceful relaxation on sable.Nous are a couple, the aggressor (Cuban) fled into the woods along the beach ... Cuba is an unwelcoming maintanant! Too bad things change ...

J was from December 27 to January 1, 2012 I have never as bad as eating ca j've done all I cuba three trips per year and never again I'll go back to the memories when you say your juice ornage felt wicked and the bin is not funny c canned fruit and I exaggerate not No you will say that c is cuba blah blah blah but there are limits even when there was not even the minimum drinking in not talking no fresh juice kb nothing but the aid he even put the bag of sugar in the pina wow etk rooms and the service was v. good chance that the weather was good has no salad dressing that white vinegar and more oil and etk sunwing owns ye ca ca cheap and is cheap

Honestly I'm not a girl hard .... I'm already more go to this hotel in summer 2010 and it was good but ..... ouffffffffff .... I thought since AC was purchased by Sunwing ca can not but be better .. FALSE .. ... I came with 8 people and honestly it was EXTREMELY disappointed ....

The beach is superb .... the room is beautiful .... staff at the Italian restaurant and impeccable maid ...

The food is worth not even a 2 ½ * .... the seafood restaurant is the worst ... (People were sick) missing at the restaurant and seafood iltalien entry / meal / dessert from the menu when we were the first to go and it's always the same menu then ..... the jacuzzi broken ... 3 in my gang are left with multiple bite but we went to canada is told that it was bed bugs ..... lack of pressure and hot water in the shower .... towel and beach towel stained towel attendant ... not lackadaisical and for 2 days it has not been able to change our beach towels me .... I paid $ 1155 so I'm really sorry but we paid some $ 1700 because it was the holidays ... it was worth not even $ 400. When you pay for a 4 * we expect this a 4 not a 2 ½.
