WOW what vacation. The sea is beautiful, the room (mini suite) perfect (clean, comfortable bed), comparable to the restaurants everything in Cuba (no better and no worse). The staff is super friendly, many of them former employees of Oasis Playa Coco which is right next door. And for those who have negative comments, stay home next time!

NOTHING

The room is interesting. It is well decorated, comfortable and quite spacious. The bathroom is correct and working. We had a very large L-shaped balcony and a table with chairs. Very welcoming. By cons, we have not profited enormously from it because the view is ordinary ... and even a bit depressing. The pool is good. Nothing extravagant, it's simple, but the water is cool and the pool and is usually clean. There is even a net to play volleyball. The buffet is okay but not great. He did his job: He feeds. But that's about it. However, fish and desserts are very good. As for restaurants, the Internationnal and Italian are very very real! The service is almost impeccable and the food too! As well as the buffet restaurants, there is a small band playing at the tables! It's really nice to hear this music typically Cuban. It greatly compliments the meal and makes us sometimes forget that what we eat is not always great ..! Finally, the beach is beautiful. The water is shallow and extremely clear! The sand is white and fine and there are few peaks peak. The activities offered are very good. We did the catamaran, pedal and riding on the beach! Good memories! The animation is correct. Facilitators are not tiring and dizzying. The evening shows are quality! They work hard and it is very surprising! Some employees were simply charming! People enthusiastic and nice as this, one rarely sees in Quebec!

When we arrived, we immediately went to the beach. There were gardeners Cuban sat us whistled and said stupid things like, "Come and see Daddy!" I do not know if it's me, but I think it lacks a lot of class and it is moved. These comments and whistles continued throughout our stay, as if these poor men had never seen women in their lives! And the worst part is that these comments did not come just for gardeners but other men staff. In short, this lack of etiquette and it's not professional. Then the food was not bad in itself but not delicious either. And, I assure you, I'm not at all difficult. He lacked variety and it looked like we were at the low season, the choice was limited! Too bad ... He lacked fruit, because sometimes, there was that yellow grapefruit and honeydew ... At lunch ... Lack of variety ... There were toast but not every day Many ... sausage for the carnivores ... but this morning was about it. The quality varied buffet one day to another. It is as if one could see the turnover in the kitchen. Strange ... Finally, some employees were more than ordinary. We should not see this in a hotel in Quebec. For example, at the reception, they look at us as if disturbed when asked something. At the bar, a bartender pretended not to see us continuing his occupations, discussing on the phone with her sweet while waiting ... Ouff ... we often turned back, empty-handed ... Finally, door locks with card keys ... Why not?! The system did not work ... Was it just us or lock? In short, we change cards 6 times because the system did not meet ... It was a bit frustrating! Especially at night when we could not get into our room without making a return to the lobby. He missed much of hot water pressure in the shower and could not have warm water. This is not tragic, but the shower is very refreshing, as fresh, or it heats the body too, it already a little sunburned. In short, there is aa no middle ground. Hot / Cold?! In summary, the hotel is fine, there are plenty of potential, but it is operated! There is still work to do and all employees do not seem motivated to make this hotel a 4 *.

Beautiful beach, but when you walk outside the site of the Oasis Blue Bay or there is an unpleasant odor. Clear water and shallow. Ideal place for swimming with children. The pool is big and beautiful. Good animation to the beach and pool and facilitators are not too pushy. Many chairs and palapas on the beach and it's easy to have a place in the sun or shade. The shows at night are good for a hotel of this size. The room is tidy and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the maid there is a brief but adequate household. The a la carte restaurants are lovely and the food is pretty good but uneven one night to another.

Unfortunately, my positive comments end there because we were very disappointed with this hotel. The package price was initially quite attractive but make no mistake about it because you'll get your money and no more. This is a hotel that was built in full speed and that is not yet quite ready to greet people properly and decently. Earthworks and landscaping are pathetic and I sincerely believe that this is not going to change because some gardeners who care site but are really really lazy. The view from the balcony of the room is simply depressing. Regarding the buffet, after only a few days, we were just bored, because the cooks have no imagination and I doubt some of the freshness of food served there and most of it is very repetitive one day to another. Moreover, when we visited the restaurants near the beach were both closed for lunch. So, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, unless you can get a la carte restaurant for the evening with a little luck. We arrived at the chamber often lack toilet paper or soap, it seems like everything is calculated to save even the most essential of all, the water, as we had for the entire week, only one water bottle that we had to fill in the bar or buffet. It's odd but from the outset we felt that something was wrong with this hotel. It's as if the employees were left to themselves and there was a letting go. They seem to lack motivation and are listless. However, the waiters and waitresses in restaurants and buffet are very nice and helpful. My conclusion is: it is better to pay a few hundred dollars more per person for a five star hotel and to do so, almost certainly, a magical journey rather than a journey that will quickly any of forget.

Website: Not too big. All service areas are close to each other. Since opening six months ago, more and more vegetation but obviously nothing yet mature. Over time, everything will become very beautiful. Beach: WOW! The most beautiful of my eight trips to Cuba and is thus long to walk for hours much to the right than left. Not very wide but still satisfactory. About 60 palapas and a shower at the entrance. Lots of chairs available. The water color is beautiful and it is crystal clear. The sea is calm and shallow. At low tide you can walk about 400 feet out to sea while having water at the waist. Across the sea, sand dunes are formed when the tide is low. Algae almost nonexistent except once after a day of rain. The sand is fine but not as white as Cayo Largo. During our stay, there was almost no peak peak. One in the foot for 14 days. Pool water is refreshing but not too cold. Lots of chairs available. Proportional to the magnitude of the hotel. Swim up bar in the sun at 15.30 approximately. Pool clean but not impressive visually speaking (no waterfalls or bridge for example). Buffet in the morning, there is everything: pancakes, cereal, eggs, croissants, fruit, fresh juice dMorange, bacon, sausage, baked beans, etc.. Very good. The lunch and dinner, very good also for those who like a bit of everything (pasta, pizza, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, raw vegetables but little cooked vegetables available). Almost all foods have the flavor. This is a buffet so it is obvious that some choices often come back and some dishes are sometimes lukewarm. What is important is to avoid taking a bit of everything at all times. A la carte restaurants: Italian and international, fine, but nothing. I much enjoyed the buffet. Bar: good variety of drinks, sparkling wine available in an ice tray in the lobby bar! Room: Large, comfortable, clean, very functional bathroom, storage closet in the entry (hangers, shelf and two small dresser with three drawers, umbrella, safe number, coffee maker, mini fridge with a water bottle for the stay that you can fill in without any problem and even the buffet bar). Cleanliness: everything is clean and well maintained Staff: WOW! All employees are friendly, hospitable and try as best they can to satisfy you. An honorable mention to Mario, the bartender from the beach, and Sandro Yeasmine, buffet servers, Lecner, the cook who deals with pasta and pizza, Yaser and Maikel, the servers at the snack bar, Ademir Pérez , a director of the hotel which manages the rooms. I have never seen a service so good even in 5 star hotels. Animation: on the beach, petanque, volleyball, aerobics and dance classes, especially Latin music sometimes all day sometimes only part of the day. the pool, water volleyball, music and dance classes. The evening shows and disco amateur but entertaining. Opportunity to go to a nightclub outside the hotel. Facilitators very dynamic and friendly but do not insist if you do not want to participate in activities. An honorable mention to Dany, Negrin, Umberto and DJ Arian! Excursion: opportunity to make several trips to taste. The full day catamaran ... simply sublime! There are also shuttles that leave from the hotel to go to the Playa Pilar.

I have no real negative comments to say about this place. Moreover, there would be some improvements to make this place even more interesting. 1. ensure that there is always a server at the pool bar during our stay because it is the server from the snack bar which was to go across the bar to serve us in the pool. I have not a negative comment from those who had said that the buffet meals were cold and I do not conprend but there are people who are never happy we travel a lot 4 to 5 trips a year so we know appreciate the beautiful places

We had a great time: the sea and the beach were worth 80% of the success of our holiday. The staff was very welcoming and helpful to both the dining room at the bar.

Nine for a hotel, we were very disappointed. Our group, including 3 bedrooms. lLeau flowed in a room by the ceiling, the air conditioning did not work, mold in the bathroom, and it took off in a spray of beds. The spectacular beach, the bar staff and very nice restaurant speaks French very basic. the speed boat excursions adored the diving is great ... the beach pilar WOW .. The jungle tour is the visit of super Moron worship even if people are staying in very invasive group (we were two girls ...). No pressure in the shower block 17 ... in all rooms .. and it has different hours of the day .. very quiet place only 150 tourists during my week so ... only basic services eg when the music has nothing pool to the beach .... Animation Draw only the little salsa matin.bar not all of it has slushs services minimum.Attention your towels in the rooms as four bedrooms we had two rooms that wanted to charge us 15 pesos per towel towels aucunne missing but not missed. duration of the conversation .. 20 minutes to finally say that the maid is deceived then count your towels at your reach! Pool very cold.

Temperature between 30 and 35 for 14 days (no wind - 4 days really too hot for us North Americans) but really good 14 days of good weather .... more can you ask? Italian restaurants and internationals ... WOW Restaurants in the map except for seafood this is truly WOW. If you have a tour to do, do half a day to Moron and even if you get tired take the tour of the lagoon, even with the boat (the whole world wanted fastboat we have made little paper boat, it was fantastic, we had a "driver" who saw that we were interested to see what was there, for those who love nature, not to be missed. I hate to make negative comments ... but this time it is needed. I'll even number them. 1) Employees loans (new hotel) or not (even with generous tips) they could have a smile once in a while, but at least before we left ... they smiled ... it is the only time we saw them smile, I can understand if they are tired but we are not there .... them either. 2) rooms, rather beautiful, we had to spray the hunting moutisques in our bed so that it stops "biting", floors ... especially do not walk barefoot is dark brown ... bath: never washed, the bathroom either (except the toilet). By the way, bring wipes and are hoping to pressure in the shower ... I have long hair, I think I rinsed my return home. 3) In the 2nd week, the service is left with the people. 4) The buffet, do you love pasta, I hope so because the choice is restricted. Always the same choices (really not much and I'm not picky) for 2 weeks but cooking and taste no worse ... we save lives. 4) The water, I'm even going to complain about the water, so I knew it before you leave .... you have to go to fill our bottles (always the same bottle) at the restaurant or bar ... they are supposed to give a bottle of water per week, the 2nd week of course we have not had a new water bottle. I have bought 2.20 pesos, my boyfriend and 2 other people who accompanied us in there drinking. Bravo, they themselves were sick ...... not me. Result ... the water we drink is never quite expensive ... buy one. 5) The animation, what's that? 6) I went to Cuba six times in 4.5 and 5 * ... I think this hotel is not more than 3 * and be assured that I normally never make negative comments for silliness, but this time, it was necessary. Sorry for those who found it "quiout"

It was just wonderful! The staff super polite and smiling! A journey of relaxation and fun! The shows are very well animated and very fun! There were three of which my cousin 20 years and we all loved it! Bartenders Go see a real charm Pino, he makes the best coconut rum and Coco Loco! The beach was stunning but you must get up early to have chairs! (6h)

There was more room for dining when we arrived, we were treated to a restaurant because it was already booked by our company airplane Sunwing.Donc, the Italian was not great but decent and new friends gave us their booking has been the international not too bad! The onion soup was a true farce but ask you will see!

A wonderful week! It must be said that the temperature was also on our side because it was very hot! The staff was friendly and courteous, the site was beautiful, the rooms spacious and very clean. The food that was served at the bar / grill to the beach was lovely, we had an appointment for lunch. All evening shows were very good, very good dancers and some were even very sexy! I confess that I would return here anytime and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Personally, I would classify this as a 4.5 star hotel compared to many other endrtois Cuba.

Difficult to find negative comments. Perhaps the fact that we arrived, we did not know where to go because there is no indication to the lobby but it's really a trivial detail. Naturally, food is what it is in Cuba but we are never left on our appetite, there was always something good to put in their mouths. The entertainment was minimal if not missing but in my case, I did not miss here.
