Very nice hotel, we stayed in the Esmeralda complex. Brand new, 2 months. The staff is very friendly, smiling and trying to speak French or English. The shuttle service is very efficient. The Italian restaurant is excellent. We highly recommend this place. The rooms are luxurious, marble whirlpool tub, separate shower. If your departure is at night, they keep your luggage and you can enjoy another day of sun. In addition, we have access to a room (20 minutes) to take a shower at the end of the afternoon in addition to our supper. Really excellent service.
Negative :
The buffet is very good but répététif. The Mexican restaurant should be avoided. We had no business in our complex, we had to go right next to the dance classes in the afternoon. but it does not matter, it was really close. The resort is very big but it's a detail because the shuttle is very effective.
